TOKYO/SEOUL (Reuters) - Nomura Holdings (8604.T: Quote, Profile, Research, Stock Buzz), Japan's largest brokerage, has put in bids to buy both the Asian and European operations of failed U.S. investment bank Lehman Brothers LEHMQ.
