PYONGYANG, Aug. 22 (Xinhua) -- Two political parties from the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) and South Korea on Friday issued a joint statement denouncing Japan's attempt to grab Tok Islet, the official KCNA news agency reported.
