TAIPEI, Taiwan -- The Cabinet has earmarked NT$170.3 billion (US$5.43 billion) for the 'i-Taiwa n 12 major infrastructure projects,' a major election promise of President Ma Ying-jeou, Premier Liu Chao-shiuan said yesterday.
