SINGAPORE -- Singapore's non-oil exports fell 5.7 percent in July from a year earlier as slowing eco nomic growth in the U.S. and Europe cut demand for electronic goods from the city-state. Exports in July fell to 13.7 billion Singapore dollars (US$9.7
