TOKYO, June 28-(Kyodo), (EDS: UPDATING WITH ARRIVAL) U.N. Secretary General Ban Ki Moon arrived Saturday afternoon in Japan, the first leg of his two-week Asia tour that will also take him to South Korea and China and include attendance at the Group
