Official: Mainland welcomes resumption of Xinhua correspondent station in Taiwan

BEIJING, June 24 (Xinhua) -- A Chinese mainland official hailed here Tuesday the decision by relevant department of Taiwan to resume station of correspondents with Xinhua News Agency and the People's Daily in Taiwan soon.
