BA HEIN, I heard your women voice again from rfa, a few days ago.
many times, several times.
overseas radios rfa, dvb, etc etc transmitted many times several times again and again and again - what's the value of such barking?
Remember, dog that barks many times - doesn't give us valuable warning.
Ko Ba Hein, your dog is still barking tens of thousands of times even this dog is being locked in the house.
useless uncountable bark that doesn't make sense?????

ASEAN issues strong rebuke against Burma ahead of regional security meeting
SINGAPORE (AP) - Southeast Asian nations issued their strongest rebuke ever to military-ruled Burma before opening an annual security meeting Monday amid a bubbling border conflict between Thailand and Cambodia.
The foreign ministers of the 10 countries that form the Association of Southeast Asian Nations will also discuss North Korea's nuclear program, inflation and cooperation in disaster relief at their five-day enclave.
Asia may be a much more stable and peaceful region than before, but its "long-standing tensions and rivalries" give ASEAN an opportunity to play a useful role as "a neutral platform" for mediation, said Singapore Prime Minister Lee Hsien Loong in an opening speech.
"ASEAN is no longer just a talk shop, but a maturing community of nations," he said.
At the end of a working dinner Sunday, the ministers issued a statement expressing "deep disappointment" that Burma's junta had extended the detention of pro-democracy leader Aung San Suu Kyi by another year, the sixth straight year that she has remained under house arrest in her dilapidated villa.
Burma's Foreign Minister Nyan Win, however, held out a glimmer of hope that Suu Kyi would be freed within six months at the end of the maximum six-year period that a political detainee can be held by law, Singapore Foreign Minister George Yeo said.
Still, the joint statement was an unprecedented criticism of Burma by ASEAN, the region's main bloc, whose members usually stick to the policy of not interfering in each other's domestic affairs.
The ministers also urged the junta to engage in a "meaningful dialogue with all political groups and work toward a peaceful transition to democracy in the near future."
The statement is a reflection of its deep frustrations with Burma's junta, which has kept Suu Kyi in detention for 12 of the last 18 years at varying times. ASEAN is also fed up of the criticism it faces from the international community for not putting enough pressure on Burma.
The ministers also urged Cambodia and Thailand to "exercise utmost restraint" in their border dispute over an area near an ancient temple in Cambodia that was recently designated a World Heritage Site. Both countries have sent troops to the area, but are scheduled to hold talks Monday aimed at easing tensions.
"The situation has escalated dangerously," said Prime Minister Lee, adding that ASEAN "could not stand idly by without damaging its credibility."
The ministerial conference of ASEAN will be followed by a series of meetings with counterparts from China, Japan and South Korea, India, Australia and New Zealand.
It will culminate Thursday with the ASEAN Regional Forum, the premier security dialogue of Asia-Pacific between ASEAN and 16 other countries plus the European Union. It includes the United States and Russia.
Conference spokesman Andrew Tan indicated there was a desire among some participants to give the 15-year-old gathering greater substance.
"There is a need to move beyond just confidence building," Tan said.
On the sidelines of the forum will be the most keenly watched event: a meeting of U.S. Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, North Korean Foreign Minister Pak Ui Chun and their counterparts from China, Japan, South Korea and Russia _ the participants in six-party talks on North Korea's nuclear program.
It will be the highest-level contacts in the six-country negotiations, which began in 2003 with the aim of convincing North Korea to dismantle its nuclear program.

Don’t talk about Asean, tell me about what did you believe?
Do you believe in yourself, rather than Asean? Yes or No?
It reminds us all about . . . . crap again
Not only issue, but strong dossiers on Iraqi WMD, which stated Iraq could launch a chemical or biological attack within 45 minutes?????
Not only statements, but world leaders (not a small fcukin groupie Asean, remember that high profilers in the most influential group) believe that Iraq can launch a chemical or biological attack within 45 minutes. It also says Saddam has sought to acquire "significant quantities" of uranium from Africa?????
Was it right? Then . . . . .
By the way, what does this relate to your women's noisy speeches in the air? BA HEIN! Is there a way to make sense from such barking, again? NO WAY?????
Rational people may take note EVEN toddler’s fart for what's wrong with this small new comer, but absolutely ABSOLUTELY don’t care about this women’s speeches any more – being heard a thousand times for nothing, just noisy, flooded and again & again, horrifying ma’an?
Is that YOU who wanted more?????

Dear Mg Than,
Liars are liars.
Liars will accuse others as liars. Mad man will accuse others are mad.
The whole woprld knows that but not Ko Ba hein. He believes in nothing of his own He will believe what you tell him to believe. If you can buy him out or bribr him than he will be your man. Don't go to any ponna for confirmation , just believe me. That is Ko Ba Hein, one of the old timers.
The point is US and UK by passed the UN and delibratly wage war on Iraq. they knew, they woul not get the approval like. George Bush Sr. had.
Whatever the dossisr had said , without a doubt, US and UK strongly believe Iraq has no weapon of mass destruction, which means nuclear weapons or chemical weapons.
Do you sincerely believe that US and UK will attack Iraw indiscriminately if they do believe Iraq had nuclear weapons , hidden somewhere. Do you sincerely believe they will risk nuclear explosion in Iraq and the whole middleeast will be radioactive imp[act? do you sincere believe US and UK will risk chemical effect on their friends in the region, etc., etc.
Everybody, who has just the lice head , a little tiny bit of common sense can understand that.
Saudi Arbia hired US army to protect themselves their interests from Saddam Hussein. They are afraid of him that he might come in after Kuwait. Saudi granted US permission to station on Saudi soil. Muslim world was boiling against Saudi to have infidals on Muslim soil. In the end US had to leave Saudi Arabia, so they had to find a country for their armies to be stationed perminantly. Malaki used US , and now he does not want them either. US has to move into Afghanistan, where they will seek the sanctury, under the umbrella of the United Nations. What is United nations, nothing just a poodle of the United States.
US have the oil in Iraq, Iraq cnnot sell oild independently, it has to go through US. US have the poppy fields in Afghanistan. What more does US need, what more does US want? Myaanmr's poopy fields are too remote and too expensive.
Myanmars precious stones and gems will be subject to sanctions, but not Myanmar's oil and gas. US companies and uropean are running them . they are enjoying the examptions.
Is the world not funny enough? Why can't people like Ko Ba Hein can see that?
What is he looking for?
Whatever it was, right or wrong , it's been done. Those who look will see, those who listen will hear, except deaf and blind people. With the same old tricks they will do it again, their eyes are on Iran .
Nobody can fool the world all the time.
I don't know aht is Ko Ba Hein, just because he carries a name sounded like a Myanmar name, since citizenship was introduced in Myanmar. the Parata seller Hussein became U Maung Sein . Khauk-swe seller Ahein became Ko Ba Hein.
If I am not wrong and according to his profile , Ko Ba Hein is living in one of ASEAN member countries, namely Singapore and he is a Muslim. Whether he is the member of Al Quaida or not, he alone will only know. He may be a Chinese Muslim. In Mynmar we called them Auw-kalars or Panthey.
He never has one single positive view on SPDC. that is Ko Ba Hein.
Did you notice that he just copy and paste. Nothing comes out from his head. in a way it's better this way, we don't know what will come out from his head, do we?

It is our problem Myanmars problem. some Myanmars do not know who they are or what they are . if they are not Myanmars, they should abadoned Myanmar names.they should not imitate Myanmar to have bad names.
We have to do our best to welcome them back into our Myanmar society.
regards,
Thunderbolts.
