Releasing a wounded Tigress. 2 Months, 3 Weeks ago Karma: -5
Dear Patriots,

In every country some people go to prisons for some reasons. Political reason, economical or social reasons.

There are laws, covering every move of the citizens. From criminal acts to undesirable behaviours.

Many laws are to protect before anything happens. They are preventive laws.

According to some law, citizens can not even fart . If they do they may be polluting the air . It could be the health hazard to other citizens. That is, at least. There are many such laws in every country, to use when they are needed.

Most criminals are sent to prison as a punishment , away from society. To break their criminal minds to break anti social habit. In the prison they are educated , to learn skills , to work . When they come out they have something to do for honest living. Most of them are to serve their term with hard labour, or rigorous imprisonment, they called it.

During serving their sentences some of them break the prison rules , their terms are extended . Those observes the rules , have their prison sentences reduced, they are paroled. These prisons are called, “ corrections centres “ in some countries.

In Myanmar , it is nothing new, politicians goes to prison . It is a common thing. Many politicians and would be traitors and who were danger to the throne were executed during Myanmar Time.

During British Time nothing was changed, many Myanmas leader and their followers were named as rebels and sent to the gallows, or they were hanged . Not many were put in prisons or detained in their own house, because of expenses and costs. Some of Myannmar leaders were even detained in other countries, but not in Myanmar, The same as the world powers today treating the political prisoners against them. Finishing them by chopping their heads or hanging them were very cost effective as well as very effective in many other ways. Fear or terror. you can call anything you want , lesson to others.

BUT after the independence, during New Myanmar Time, U Saw and his gang was the first and last to be hanged in Myanmar if I remember correctly. Others were commuted to life imprisonments.

Toay in the world, many small nations leaders are accused as criminals against humanity, for defending and protecting their nation and their people. and beeing put on trial. Rebels and insurgents got away with anything.

SPDC is going towards multi party democracy, to honour full human rights . Believing that Ma Su Kyi was the hindrance, or nuisance, SPDC detains Ma Su Kyi, in the interest of the nation for quite sometimes. Myanmars gets no help from her but troubles.

Believing there Ma Su Kyi is no more threat to the national security . Believing that she had learnt a great deal. She may have corrected her uncivilised attitude, her uncivilised behaviours. Most of all believing that she will keep her promised to Mr Gambari to cooperate with SPDC, in the interest of the nation. SPDC on its As a gesture or they may not wish to take further action against Ma Su Kyi and may have decided to release her soon . May be with some restrictions may be no restrictions at all.

A person such as Ma Su Kyi after detained for quite sometimes should know what to do, what not to do in country as fragile as Union of Myanmar. She is known as educated person, she should act as one.

The decision may be up to her and her followers. I only hope whatever they do, they will have the interest of the nation and the interest of the people first and foremost.

May she be enlightened or she will have to rest in HELL. But SPDC must make sure, the livlyhood of the people , the security of the people and the nation is not harmed. They have to come first.

Regards,

Thunderbolts.
