Cha Hok, were crowned the
qb 2008 National Volleyball League Champions after defeating the
Phnom Penh Sunway Hotel Dragons 3-0 at the
qb 2008 National Volleyball League Grand Final on Friday 10th October at the Olympic Stadium Phnom Penh in front of thousands of spectators.

Earlier in the day, the
Kompong Speu BHP Billiton Scorpions also pulled a surprise victory in the qb 2008 National Volleyball League 3rd Place Play-Off by easily defeating the
Siem Reap Globe Magazine Eagles 2-0.
The qb 2008 National Volleyball League Grand Final was the first ever national disability sports event to be broadcast live-to-air, thanks to the support of
CTN, and was presided over by
H.E Minister Ith Sam Heng, Minister of Social Affairs, Veterans and Youth Rehabilitation.
