western countries are giving Taliban fighter money to entice them to leave Taliban and has agreed on generous aid to Afghanistan.
but there are risk to it, Taliban fighters could pretends to drop weapons so that they can assimilate with the people and when the allied forces already leave Afghanistan they will return to fighting the government.
i think the money and the aid are just a convenient excuse to get out of Afghanistan as quickly as possible. it as if allied forces were hunters who pay for hunting, the only difference is that the preys were humans, they are bribing the karzai government to let them leave the country.

Karzai, seizing the opportunity to squeeze every cent out of Donor countries pockets, said that Afganistan would need foreign aid for 12 years a,i doubt the aid money would be given to people who really deserve it, haven't western countries learned their lesson that officials in the recipient countries always corrupt the aid money.
