When the CA members took decision Nepal was a federal democratic republic.Former Nepalese king also agreed the mandate of people.
He got a conference and accept to be a Nepalese citizen.
Now a days he is normal Nepalese citizen.
Some of the media told that he is in process to get citizenship of Nepal.
