Buddha. 6 Months, 4 Weeks ago Karma: -6
Dear Patriots,

Who and what is a Buddha? Most of us know already. Do we really know? Some people popped up now and again and talked about His teachings. I have nothing against. I have nothing against that person or against Buddha and His teachings.

I am only trying to see Buddhas teachings what did He really mean and the way Budhist are following or putting into practice.

Buddhism itself is a middle way, not an extreme one. But as I see it many Myanmars are following it or observing it to some kind of extrean. The result they cannot handle , thney have to put the blame on others, not on their mselves or on Buddha for his teachings.

There are some quarters taking advantage of Buddha's teaching for the meterial benefeit for themselves , misguiding the people in the name of Buddhism, and exploiting the people.

Many times I have said that . Buddhism started from FGour Noble Truth, Eight Fold Path and in the end 38 Mingalas. If we could observe those three only it could be of great helpin our life. There could be very little trouble or problems in our life. So I am not goping to repeat them here again.

The reasons for explaining this is, because most Myanmar people are poor, they are in poverty.

Buddha said, what ever happened is according to Kamma, merit , goods and bad deeds. If they don't believe it, they don't believe in Buddha, that's the way I can put it.If they do not understand Four Noble Truth, Eight Fold Path, and 38 mingalas , they don't believe in Buddhism, as simple as that.

Since so called Buddhist monks in Myanmar took to the streets, Buddhism camke under scrutiny. Monkd become under scrutiny.

What is a Buddha? A Buddha can be any one who possess the following qualities.

a) Araham = being worthy of special veneration,

b) Sammasambuddha = having truely comprehanded all Dhammas by own intellect and insight,

c) Vijjacarana Sampanna = being endowed with supreme knowledgeand perfect practice of morality,

d) Sugata = speaking only words that are true and beneficial,

e) Lokavido = knowing all the three Lokas,

f) Anuttaro-purisa-dammasarathi = being incomparable in taming those who deserve to be tamed,

g) Sattadeva-manussanam = being the teacher of Devas and men,

h) Buddha = being the Enlighgtened One, knowing and teaching the Four Noble Truth,

i) Bhagava = being the Most Exalted One.

If a person is distined to be poor depending on his/her Kamma, not even Budha can help him/her. That does not mean we just sitdown doing nothing or to give away whatever we have in the name of Dana, just to make some other rich. Then don't blame anyone but your self for being poor, because you just have given away what you had to other.

Dhamma Sekya is a complete teaching of Buddha , it is Buddhism for everyone, disregard of race, colour of sking male or female. but you got to understand the true meaning of them to put into practice. No matter what Buddha had said, surely Budhism is not a blinde faith, it still need a little bit of your own, " Common Sense ".

Without your common sense, you could be weak, don't blame Budhism again, blame yourself.

Best wishes to all,

Thunderbolts,
