Junta had washed thunderbullshit brain so much that he can't even say yes or no. In other words his brain is so fok up and derail that he cannot decide a simple yes or no.

As for 'may', what he said is appropraite for them and they deserves it. Absolutely! No need to translate into English for there is the name "Than Shwe", "daughter", "family" and INCEST are mention and included in may's statement. Any person who had full brain can understand what INCEST means. Only half brain or loosen brain will have difficulty understanding what INCEST means. One ENGLISH word "incest" means a lot and describe the entire situation. Of course half brain needs more explaination for they do not understand what "incest" means.
