North Korea's state news agency has reported that Kim Jong-il, the country's leader, has appeared at a football match, despite widespread reports that he suffered a suspected stroke in August. The Korean Central News Agency (KCNA) on Sunday released a number of photographs showing him smiling and looking healthy.
