Laura Bush is insulting the Myanmar People

Laura Bush is proposing the off for Myanmar government of US aids for the victims 250000 USD and urged Myanmar government to accept it.
Besides, she said this help is with condition and she said “She faulted the junta for proceeding with a May 10 constitutional referendum that she described as a sham, and criticized government leaders for not warning citizens about the storm.”

What does she means? That’s means US will give 250 000 USD in return with we postponed our referendum?

She is insulting us. Her aids 250 000 USD is nothing when we lost 15000 people lost in a powerful cyclone. Just compare this money with 500 000 USD Irrawaddy receive annually for 15000 dead we receive only half of Irrawaddy salary.
