Dear Thunderbolts,
Good to know you are back from Myanmar and appearing at AO forum ‘Myanmar for a piece of Gold’. Come to think of it, Nelson Mandela who struggled against the white minority Government was put in jail for 27 years, got his Noble PeaceAwardin 1993, but as for Ma Suu Kyi, she was awarded the Noble Peace Prize in 1991. Two years earlier than Mandela. What has she done to deserve this prestigious prize in such a short time? The big question is why. By following all the awards large and small given to various opposition groups all over the world, I can only come to one conclusion. For the West, it is most cost affective and without loss of lives and limbs to them are letting these recipients to do their dirty work for them to achieve their interests and objectives.
To put it rudely, any dogs that bark and bark loudly at Governments which they disliked, most likely will be rewarded handsomely.
Ma Suu Kyi while collecting Gold in the name of freedom and democracy will let the people of Myanmar suffer. Now that she has received so many awards and put on a world spotlight and stage, she is in a very precarious and tight spot. She has no other option but to follow the course set by her Masters. ‘Thu San Sar. Ye Ma’. She has sold her Soul for a Piece of Gold.
Have a nice day
