My dear Polaris. I have mentioned many times in this forum, as well as in the old forum of ASIAOBSERVER. that Freedom of this and freedom of that are in the frame work or rules regulations laws and procedures.

Ma Su Kyi and NLD misled the people to break the laws, the U=njust laws she said.
Which law is unjust in Myanmar. All laws in Myanmar are approved by the respective parliament and signed by the Presidents of the Nation.

If laws are needed to be amended or change, it should be done by the parliament, in the parliament. You can’t break the laws until they are amended or changed , they are to be abided If you break the law, any law you will be punished by the law, nothing personnel my dear Polaris. Not because someone happened to be NLD mamber, or
Peoples’ Progressive Party or because you are an opposition.

When you are talking about war drums. It reminds of the war drums in the United States , in Canada and in Australia . The sound of these drums of indigenous people.
That is why I am telling our patriots to study the history of Myanmar to study the history of other nation to compare with Myanmar. It was not mush to ask. Because we Myanmars want to go forward, we don’t want to be legged behind. We want to be the same as other progressed and developed nations, we want to be equal.

I hope that the many brave Armchair Generals living outside of Myanmar are studying as well how those people made those countries into nations. I hope they are not sitting on their arm chairs and dozing off. And woke up with nightmares and start sleeping walking, especially they are Generals. The FAT CATS will always be FAT CATS , that is their living, In Myanmar we call them “ Achaung Thamarr “ . You cannot avoid them. But the people must know.

Everybody , I mean everybody in Myanmar is more clever than before. They are more educated then before, they have more experience than before. In 1988 causalities were
enormous compare to Sept ‘08. Drastic improvement if you want to call it that way. Instigators used the people once , they could not use them again. So they uses Buddhist Monks. I don’t think there is any more for them to use.

They should notn be instigating, others, theyn should come down and face it or confront it if they are brave enough

I don’t think they can instigate most of Myanmar people no more. Because Myanmars have open their ears and eyes more then ever. As far as the people are concerned there are two parts, which comes out of them . A Government which they will elect and they people themselves. Before they elect any on to represent them. They have to check and balance him/her.

The duties of the citizens is not finished after they have cast their votes and elected a government. They have to co operate or work hands ain hands with that government all along. The nation is everybody’s responsible not the responsibility of the Government alone. No matter what the government does , if the people do not co operate with the Government or lend hands, the Government wont survive, the people won’t survive, in the end the nation will not survive . The people have more awareness by now and they must always have their watchful eyes open on their representative, checking and balancing their works and what the people demanded from them, what the people expect of them.

That is why , NLD and Ma Su Kyi is supporting economic sanctions, that is why Ma Su Kyi and NLD calling their people, not to co operate with the Government but to break the laws. That is wicked, very dirty idea. The laws are the deterrents, to protect the people why she want to break them I don’t know./

FREEDOM. One must know the meaning of it. One must preserve it , in a right way.
FREEDOM is not chaos, not lawlessness. Some times FREEDOM could means a Government cannot control anything, so they regulate or enact laws allowing people to do what they like and they put levy on it, tax them to get revenue. They , the Governments are also doing what they like , on let the people do what they like we will do what we like. Even then that FREEDOM is in confinement, the dos and the don’ts are still there. If you break it you have to pay for it.

If you have been to so called FREE countries, you will see FREEDOM in many forms. If you know what I mean? Of course like you said, you will assess yourself.

But can we Myanmars afford FREEDOM , total FREEDOM, the cost of it? Do we know what FREEDOM are we talking about? Do we have the capability, do we have the strength, do we have the power to manipulate to exploit the FREEDOM if not abuse it? All we are seeing or experiencing is others are manipulating us , they are exploiting us in the name of FREEDOM.

There are Myanmars and demo campers living in U,S.A. Canada and Australia etc. , Have they ever thought of studying the indigenous people of those countries such as Red Indians of all races, and Aborigines. ,

Like in Myanmar I n other countries there are poor people, middle class people upper class and crust people . They all are doing what they supposed to do. They are all minding their own business, they are looking after their daily life. They are logical, they face the realities and living in real life. Greed, Anger, Craven may be there as well. But they are more or less under control. Who controls them ? They, the people themselves with their own common sense. We are Myanmars, what are we different from them. There are lots of things. Among the there are two one is our Government do not go an invade other country to make money to keep our people happy. In olden days Myanmars nay have done a bit of invasion to other country. But only neighbouring countries. They (Myanmrs) did not step over or over step others. But there were those who are better than Myanmars instead of Myanmar invading others they invaded Myanmar and made Myamars slaves.

Two , Myanmars attitude, behaviours and their mentality. They have degraded themselves down from Master Race to slave race. Yet they don’t realised that. Somebody is trying very hard to take Myanmars back to slavery, in the name of democracy in the name of human rights.

Though Myanmar as a nation is very rich with natural resources, Myanmar as people most of them are poor. It is along story to talk about it. But let me refer to one of the song writer, called Nandaw Shey Saya Tin. He said ,in one of his songs “ Tha Htay Wahda “ Myanmars are rich with Pagodas, and Monesteries but foreigners are rich with lands , cars, and houses. No matter how many times that song was played, and sang, Myanmars did not know the meaning of it.

I am not against Buddhism or any of our Myanmar traditions, culture and customs. But we have to know there is the teaching of Buddha, started “ Ahtta Hitta - Para Hitta “ you have to balance the need of you and the need of others.. We have to know the limit.

It won’t drag on for another 20 years not even another two years, I don’t think so. As I have said it, the way I understand it, this constitution is not a final one for Union of Myanmar. I know for fact as a true democratic. The one who understands essense of democracy, this constitution or any other constitution in Myanmar or in any other country is subject to amendments, That amendment has to be made in the Hluttaws
( Parliaments). It is the democratic way. Not on the streets, not at university avenue in Yangon.

I am counting on it, because I know, 1947 or 1974 Constitution were approved, there were many political groups or ethnic group missing. But we have over came. No matter how good a Constitution could be, it can never be perfect. Because the Constitution is the creation of human for humans As long as human are not perfect, the constitution will not be perfect. But there will always be rooms one after another to amend or to correct.

To be honest we do not know what to expect Polaris. It reminds of what Ko Aung San once said, “ hoping for the best, preparing for the worst.” . We are hoping for the best, if not the very best. But there can be no worse then the worst that we had. But for the worse we are already prepared since 1948 if you must know.

I think all the concern people are seeing things very clearing day by day everyday. Myanmars by nature are not senseless people you know. When you look back to their history they were once great people with great Empire. Why was it gone small? You guess is as good as mine.

Regarding the New Constitution. Ma Su Kyi and NLD said “ people do not accept it ”. What people , which people was she talking about? The people of NLD ? She may be right. But for the rest of 54 million people in Myanmar, these people must decide, they must have their human right to accept or to reject it. That is what its means by referendum. These are the people that are matters. By the way, when National Convention was held, there were people from political parties, delegates , intellectuals, academic, people from all walks of life, etc.

As I have also said , here is the chance to get rid of SPDC. And to replace with civilian rule. Tatmadaw members will not compete in elections . They will be in Hluttaws to check and balance. If two third of the majority of the Hluttaws members are united as one Tatmadaw delegates will have no time and place to shit or fart, let us put it that way. Excuse my language.

In another word, Kyee is brass.. It is yellow, You can mistaken as Gold if you do not know what is gold. There are a lot of gold, fake gold , roll gold , Leprechaun ‘s gold.
You can make an acid test if you want to know a real gold or not. Why don’t you try if in your own way if he will pass the acid test. I have tried it on him. He did not even know that. Believe me he is not Gold, not even near to it. don’t be fool by him.

The bird called Kyee, can fly , they are always alert, they know everything. But this Kyee you are talking about, does not even know, his bottom from his head.

These people in the past or at present or in the future will exit. There is nothing you or I or anybody can do about. You have to ignore the ignorant . But you have to be glad, very glad. He may be saying anything without thinking , he will be saying what comes out of his mouth but he is reading your message and mine, that is for sure. He is nervous, he is afraid, that other people might agree with us. So in his desperate attempt, as a last attempt he will launch a smear campaign against anybody who cannot agree with them, like mother like son.

Don’t be offended by him, whatever he said or came out of his mouth, those are what his mother taught him , She passed her experience to him. So you can understand this poor chap. She taught him the technique of everything, I mean every thing including smear campaign.

If you don’t mind, my suggestion is keep calm. You are far away from him. He cannot touch you. We c an take it because we are true democratic. Nobody has to tell us what our rights are, we know our rights. and we deserve these rights. According to George W Bush , there are those who deserves human rights, and there are those who does not deserve human rights.

I will tell you one thing about the one you call a Lady. I use to have a Lady in short, her full name was Lady Jane in my house as my family pet. Very clever, understand human language . But that was not a human it was a bitch. In England there are dog shows, even dog race. You see men train dogs (bitch) to do things for them to assist them in many ways. Men train dogs to use them.

These show dogs which are pedigree ( not the bastards) gets prizes, gets a lot of money, when they are picked as Champions. Then they are named as Lords or Ladies. So I don’t want you to mixed up the Ladies OK?

My dear Polaris, in Myanmar we say “ Khut Kywe Mhan Yin - Dan Yar Shi” which means, a fighting buffalo (bull) always carry wounds or at least scars. You and I or people like us, including Shwe Chee of course, are fighting buffalos( Bulls) , we will carry, wounds or scars. That is normal.

Let us look at the bright side. If the Sun sets today it will rise tomorrow. Cloud
have silver lining. The moon will shins only 15 days a month , other 15 day it goes into retreat. That is not the end of the world. Why do you bother to get up each time you hear a bark.

If you think he is unacceptable, and by bringing yourself down to his level, what will you become of you? You have to think that way. That is purely for yourself without harming anybody.

Let me put it this way. if there is no black, there will be nothing to be called white
We may not realised that, we may not accept that but we are all depending on each other. Ma Su Kyi or even our great friend Shwe Chee.

Nobody can stop me posting anything which others will benefit. This is to exchange views, speaking my mind in a right way after all it is in the interest of the nation , in the interest of the people, there is nothing for me. I don‘t need anything.

I am thinking of taking a few days off. I am going home for a few days to enjoy water festival ( Thin jan ). and to collect a few facts.
