Sai Htee Hseng was one of my favorite singer artist whose voice is heavily Shan (ethnic) accent singing in Burmese. He is very artistic and had clear, clean voice. It is a true lost for Burma and ethnic people but the interference of the junta to entice and succumb this unique singer diminished his appeal as an artist and become as propaganda puppet of the junta.
