Looking from a wider view/angle:

Innovation is the key to human advancement, expanding of knowledge is the vanguard of progress to a higher level of standard. Nations that have innovative incentives will move forward with limitless "possibilities" that will take the human species to new fields, new methods, new understandings and conquer new frontiers. For millenniums humans are eager to understand the vast universe in which we live in. Generations after Generations human endeavor in the quest to new heights, new knowledge and new ideas in probing the possibilities and searching for answers of the "unknown". Paradoxans play a major role in the search for happiness and understanding. Humans have little knoweledge of the Oceans that we live in let alone to understand the deep space of the "bizarre/strange" universe. Now, scientists are finding "other" planets that revolve around "other" sun/star. Galaxies after Galaxies are being found in the powerful telescopes of mankind. Do not think "Solar System" is the only system of this vast universe. There are many "systems" in the universe that we humans don't know. Just because we don't know or see it doesn't mean it's not there.

Just my first note of concept embedded in this forum called BURMA (a small nation from the 3rd Planet of Solar System).
