The author you've quoted is, I think, nom de plume 'Myat-Htan' and real name Bohmu-gyi Tin Maung ( I believe he's also the publisher of 'Cherry Magazine'.)

The other quote you used, as I can recalled is not by Win Aung but it's more likely by U Chit Myaing. I don't think you've worked with Win Aung as he wasn't the foreign minister when you were there.
