1952 : Birth of Yutaka Nakajima, Japanese actress

1960 : The third congress of North Vietnam Workers’ Party decide two targets : To establish socialism in the North and liberation of South Vietnam

1961 : Signing, in Beijing, of a border treaty between China and Népal.
