On 16 May 2007, when North and South Korea decided to send trains across the border, Sandwand rise"d the question "Do we have reasons to be optimists". I wasd not. Now, with the announcement of a second top meeting, it is the turm of Shim Jae Hoon, from Asia Sentinel to rise the same question. An again I am not optimist.
