Partnering with Asia Sentinel 1 Year, 4 Months ago Karma: 19
Asia Observer has agreed to start a partnership with another great web site: Asia Sentinel at http://www.asiasentinel.com

The parthership means that the two sites will exchange banner ads on our front pages.

There are two reasons why we do this:

- Asia Sentinel is a great site with lots of good content from the region. They have some of the most experienced Asia journalists writing for them.
- The two sites complement each other very nicely. While Asia Sentinel have reporters writing exclusive stories for them, Asia Observer is more of a community of people sharing and discussing the most interesting Asia stories, regardless of where it has been published.

We certainly recommend Asia Sentinel.

Cheers,

John

That's a good news. I discovered Asia Sentinel through Asia Observer and I appreciate it very much.

I hope that the Asia Sentinel users will find serious topics on Asia Observer and so tempted to become members

John,

This is definitely a great way for us to broaden our exposure; hence, reaching more potential members. Hope we can partner with more sites in the future.

Cheers,

Hi Lin Leumann

Is the Willy Lam who wrote the "Hu Jintao's PLA Personnal Cult" the Famous journalist who has been forced to quit the South China Morning Post" because he knows too much on the inside of the CCP ?

For many years, I read Willy Lam papers in the SCMP, then on CNN but after that I lost his track.

Every five years, after the CCP Congress and the following elections of a new NPC and government, I publish a Who's Who in China. Willy Lam papers were so usefull for me.

I am very glad, you give again an opportunity to read and learn again from him.

Hello Asia Sentinel team

As a well respected France and E.U. "expert" on Asia, I am happy to congrulate you for your first birthday. You have a very best team of journalists contributing, some of them I knew personnaly, and some of them are the ones I take as a reference for many years before you have start.

Congrutalations for the selection of your contributors and also congrutalation for what I estimate the much : "Quality is better than quantity"

And again, thanks to Asia Observer to help me to know you.

Come and see me in France, I have a Champagne bottle in the frig for you (and also for John and my sweetheart on A.O. Linsi ( . The kiss is just for Linsi

NO NO NO !!! Linsi

I definitively refuse to french kiss all the Asia Sentinel staff

Suppose that Lin Neumann, the executive editor, is a tall man with a big mustache

I prefer to first french kiss you and also (with your approval) Anumpasha, Ruth, Jacqueline, Choco, Amina, Khytie,, Cosioanna, Babethski, Laura, Michelle and all the beautifull members that masked their picture.

I don't mention Caroline my closed friend. She could slap me in in the face

in any case AN HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO ASIA SENTINEL
