First of all I would like to convey my compliments to ALL comrades where ever they may reside and whatever their background culture or race or gender or age may be after all in this 21st Century the world shrink and we all are living in a shrinking world with the affects of advanced INFORMATION (electronic) age. This heading is like a THESIS (just like my final year before attaining university degree), paragraph by paragraph, page by page, post by post written by me naturally in conjunction with basic instinct simple and straight forward on the Internet for all to see and read. Let those who have eyes see, ears hear, mouth speak and most important of all..... brains to understand. There will be post after post (under this heading) for this heading is meant to the dedicated truth seekers, justice seekers and prosperity seekers with guts and genius alike. I remember once in the past some people wants me to write under one single heading, post after post for it is in their convenience and easy to find/read all my writings in one single heading or place. They openly request me one time. Well…………..here’s their wishes come true for I will write under one heading post after post. Request granted. Sorry, my response come at a later time. My humble and sincere apology.

We all know that Daw Aung San Suu Kyi is a skinny fragile old aged woman but all the ruling Generals are afraid to let her go free. Why?……………………..
The answer my comrades is simple and straight forward. Her “will power” or heart or mind is so brave and strong that nothing makes her back down from her determination for truth and justice. She wants justice for her people, country, her family, friends and last but not least for her party and followers and non followers alike. When the Buddhist monks marches to her home where she is arrested for years, she came out and pray together with the monks and the followers. This is a symbol of unity and understanding.
Comrades, never lose sight of freedom and justice and focus on that where ever you live or what ever you do. These are the natural birth rights of all humans and with perseverance, persistence, patience and patriotic perspectives and perceptions we can/will overcome all obstacles no matter how big or small, easy or hard, strong or weak for no evil will prevail on what they stand for.
Lies, propaganda gimmicks, deceptive doctrines, forced implementations etc. will not last long. Their minds are evil and their heart are wicked, obscured with evil intent.
As long as we base upon truth and justice, no force no matter how mighty they may be, will NOT stand! It may take years, decades or centuries but truth remains the same and will not, can not, shall not change and endures for eternity.

Let me present an example of what courage really means. In Burma’s case on one side, they have all the guns, wealth, power and the other side they are unarmed, poor with no power or authority whatsoever and yet they are locked in a battle for freedom and justice. Which side has the guts or courage do you think? The ones with the guns or the one without? Any common sense person knows the answer very well. The ones with the guns are facing the ones without. What a fair fight it was or was it not?
Guts dwell on those whose minds are strong and healthy. Relying on guns to bully unarmed persons does not mean courage. For years Burmese military lost Burma’s land to its neighbors. Little by little. Why? Because Burmese military men have no guts to protect its land let a lone protect its citizens. When Burmese military face with guns against guns of foreign forces, they back off. This clearly shows their cowardice conduct. Burmese military says they had no foreign enemies. Maybe true but on what account? On account of bending over and give in to foreign forces’ occupations? They please foreign forces with guns and give away their land and that is why they may not have no enemies. How can they have enemies when they pleases the enemies when ever they demand or take away something. A prostitute never has enemies but customers for she give what ever men ask in exchange for money. Doesn’t she?
The only enemy Burmese military has is their own citizens. That’s all. Why do the Burmese military make their own citizens their enemy? Here’s the catch. Many foreigners doesn’t understand why Burmese military kills its own citizens. I will explain why they make the citizens their own enemies.
1) First of all they make laws that no citizen had the right to bear arms but them. This makes the citizen unarmed target.
2) They seized the State Power and over throw the peoples’ elected government and they ruled the country with guns. Now see how the first and the second inter-related?
3) They suppressed or oppressed the unarmed citizens at gun point and detained most of their rivals including Aung San Suu Kyi under arrest.
4) They rape the nation and all her natural resources and let their family and friends enjoy the wealth and good life.
5) Any one who disobeys them or in their path, they terminate them including using rape, murder or killings.
These are some of the points that make the citizens their enemies for when citizens demand freedom and justice these 2 fundamental facts are their basic enemies and their own destruction so to defend themselves they used all means to contain freedom and justice.
But don’t worry comrades. Their days, weeks, months, years are numbered for they have no solid foundation because they rely on false and deception and the time will come when the people will triumph over evil.
Be aware, smart, intelligent, informed for each of us has sacrifice a little of our time to confront evil.

Why did I pick the name “Nargis” as user name? As all knows “Nargis” is the cyclone that devastated Burma. In recent history tsunami hit and kill many people of some nations. People called it natural disaster. But Nargis is different. Nargis hit only one nation and that is Burma. Nargis pick ONE particular nation and that is Myanmar (Burma). Why Nargis is NOT like other disaster?. As you all know the dead toll of both Tsunami and Nargis reach many thousands of lives not to mention the material damage. Indonesia is the hardest hit among many nations Tsunami hit. Thailand was among those nations too. As for Nargis, the perfect storm that takes the path of dead and destruction ONLY on ONE nation. Why? Do anyone ever think about it? Don’t be naïve and say it is only a natural disaster. Nargis had reason to take on Myanmar.

INSIDE Myanmar many evil things were done and committed by evil doers. OUTSIDE Myanmar these evil doers advocates are camouflaging the evil crimes with rosy and cosmetic propaganda statements and posts. These insane and devilish crimes have been committed by the Burmese Generals for decades. The latest one is the killing of Buddhist Monks whose only action is walking in numbers to show “metta”(love). Did you notice people are joining hands in the videos and pictures in last year September demonstrations? That shows the togetherness loving care ness between the marchers (monks) and the civilians. What did the Monks do wrong to be arrested or jail or torture or even killed? Just because the Burmese soldiers have guns they have the right to shoot anyone including monks?
Last September demonstration proves Burma is on the brink of breakdown.
Does the evils do really care about Burma and her citizens? Do you really think Burmese military is taking care of the country and the people? If so in what stage is Burma now? Second most modern, rich and developed nation in south east Asia let alone among Asia? Compare and contrast with other Asian nations. Many nations namely Singapore, Malaysia, Thailand, Laos, Bangladesh, Vietnam and Cambodia that were once behind Burma now not only over take Burma but way ahead (half a century) of Burma in terms of economic, modernization and political atmosphere.
What sacrifice did the Burmese military make for Burma to become advanced and modern? What sacrifice did the Burmese military make for Burmese living standards high? What sacrifice did they make for genuine democratic rule, law and order? What sacrifice did they make for the respect and understanding of ethnic brothers and sisters to be united and treated fairly? What sacrifice did they make for liberty and justice for its citizens. What sacrifice did they make to defend its mother land?
I can go on endlessly. Don’t come and tell me Burmese soldiers lost their arms or legs in the civil war as “sacrifice”. This civil war in Burma should be stop long long time ago. As long as the Burmese soldiers ignore the rights of the ethnics this civil war will go on indefinitely. Tatmadaw had no brain nor the wisdom to accommodate the needs of its fellow brothers and sisters that makes up the UNION. They don’t. Losing limbs and hands in an un necessary civil war is just plain stupid and idiotic. Many nations have civil wars of their own but most of them are stop. Burma is the only nation that is still waging the longest civil war in world history so don’t come and tell me the soldiers “sacrifice” by participating a stupid civil war, a war killing among themselves. If Burmese soldiers lost arms and limbs fighting foreign aggression or foreign troops now THAT is sacrifice. Fighting among Burmese against Burmese and lost limbs and legs in NOT sacrifice. That is plain DUMB and FOOLISH.

Where am I? Oh yes the Negotiating Power. Negotiation actually IS an Art. I will write as simple and plain English as possible but please excuse me if there are mistakes for I am just an ordinary comrade speaking out on the Internet. My expressions are unique (I know that) for I write what naturally came out from my brain in a natural way. I mean there is no pre prepareness at all.
What is an Art? Here’s the definition from the dictionary.

Well comrades, by drawing from the dictionary one can had the picture or understanding what ART means.
How on earth can the men trained to kill or maim or use violence can attain high end results on negotiations with its opponents? In other words negotiations by the militant is less likely to attain total success in the artful performance of achieving goals. By the way, what is “negotiations”? Again here’s the dictionary explanation.

Here comes the point. The Burmese military perception is that by holding a gun they can forced others including its citizens to bow down to their demands or implementations. They think they are the ONLY ones who are ALWAYS right. This is plain mental disorder syndrome. Burmese military and its leaders are NOT always right nor power, law and order are NOT at the barrel of a gun. In many negotiations including border disputes the officers in charge of that regional affairs conduct the negotiations. This is just like operating a surgery on the brain by a meat cutter. Now……..don’t get me wrong. I am NOT downplaying the importance of military officers. I am just pointing the defects or un appropriate approach. In the past 4 decades or more, most of the negotiations was done by the military officials. They don’t know or don’t understands...... sometimes, the professionals in civilians' duty are more artful or articulate in performance at negotiations. Especially when “compromise” is involved. Military men are trained harden minded personals. They are not used to “flexibility” nor “innovations” or innovative ways. That’s why in advanced nations there NO civil war exist any more nor when problems arise, they solved it through APPROPRIATE “professionals” to negotiate settlement. These are the NORMS of intelligent personals’ insights/conducts.
By the way the Burmese military don’t like anyone that points out their defects and they take it as an insult and regard that person as their enemy (that person will be either arrested and jail or even can be murdered/killed). That is plain paranoid behavior for they think they are always right mentality. A self delusional syndrome.

Where did I left off? Tripartite Talks. In Burma’s case there are 3 major factors. The democratic front, the militant front and the ethnic front. Right now the militant front takes/hold all the stakes and rule the nation with degree. There is no constitution nor democratic laws in force or in place. The rulers are in fact gun men wearing foreign attire (contrary to Burmese culture attire) in green color. They create and implement all aspects of life including the creation of religion monopoly call Sangha Organization (hand pick senior Buddhist Monks) in conjunction with civilian organization (political wing) called USDA (Union Solidarity and Development Association) not to mention their axe handlers mob/mobsters called Swan Arr Shin . Their anointed Sanghas, political wing and the mobsters have to obey what the ruling Generals want or ask them to do certain things or matters. Sometimes their dirty work or as front runners.
It is pretty clear and simple to row a boat in the journey through the river, 3 rowers rowing with 3 oars is better than one rower rowing the boat with one oar. Does it not?
Since the independence from the British, Burma was make up of people including ethnics. Leaving out ethnics in the negotiations is like inviting problems from the start. True, in Pinlon agreement (the first Constitution of Modern Burma) there are flaws and that doesn’t mean ethnics should be omitted. Flaws are made to be corrected. Defects are made to be solve. Striving for perfection is mankind nature. Constitutions can be amended and wrongs become rights. There is no need or necessary to spill blood between brothers and sisters. In a family union there will always be differences for no 2 humans can agree on all matters BUT these disagreements should be minor and can be acceptable to agree on disagreement. Major disagreements should be tackle with care and delicate problems should be solve with smart and intelligent way. No need to take up arms and kill one another for this is stone age mentality. It is foolish to use 20th century tactics or methods in 21st century. Carrying the old obsolete and outdated techniques and ways to advance and progress era is the true defect in attaining success. Human mentality should grow to a higher stage along with the technology. Lacking of advance mentality is the core/root cause of many problems we face today. The question is……….How do we make the UNION strong, healthy, fair and most important of all UNITED as ONE nation, ONE people, ONE constitution, so that no more changing/drafting the constitution again and again (the current one is the third drafting of the constitution since independence) and I am talking about permanent long term enduring peace, stability and progress for all. Look, in this world there are always good answers for every problem. The fact is humans including brilliant scientists, scholars and highly educated individuals did not find it. That is why there is a thing called RESEARCH.
Researching workable, realistic, reliable ways is the KEY. "Doors of Perception" should be open by THAT key.

The people of Burma is just like one big family. Burma is the perfect place to prove unity is possible among diversity (with the right leadership) for there are 135 or more ethnic groups living inside Burma long before the British found out the existence of Burma or set foot on Burma soil. Out of those 135 ethnic groups, the major ones are Burmans, Shans, Karens, Chins, Kachins, Mons, Kayahs and Rakhine. Although Burmans or Bamars are the majority biggest race, the ethnic’s land cover 60% of Burma. All of these ethnics are living and sharing the land, water and forests for centuries until the Burmese Army tries to imposed their will by forced and the struggle to be free or even independence emerges on an account of forced and unfair rule of the Burmese military. It may be true that some ethnics try to break away from the union but the lack of intelligent leadership, the nation broke into civil war. Remember……… when you listen to fools, the mob rules and this is bloody true in Burma’s current situation. The most important thing to established is the constitution and the junta make the fundamental mistake of drawing or drafting the constitution by themselves. The Burmese military change the constitution once in 1974 and now again, the second time. After one sided drawn constitution, then what? After one sided election (2010) then what? These are temporary attempts to create gimmicks of military power stay in place in one way or the other. There will not be genuine peace, stability and progress until and unless the militant factor sees and understand the true meaning working together with the other 2 factors which is the democratic front and ethnics. Some says federalism is the answer.

Now we are at the point of FEDERALISM. I know there are some who don’t like the idea of federalism and there are some who likes it. Before we go any further on Federalism what is the meaning of “federal”. In dictionary it explains…..
1archaic : of or relating to a compact or treaty2 a: formed by a compact between political units that surrender their individual sovereignty to a central authority but retain limited residuary powers of government b: of or constituting a form of government in which power is distributed between a central authority and a number of constituent territorial units c: of or relating to the central government of a federation as distinguished from the governments of the constituent units3capitalized : advocating or friendly to the principle of a federal government with strong centralized powers ; especially : of or relating to the American Federalists4often capitalized : of, relating to, or loyal to the federal government or the Union armies of the United States in the American Civil War5capitalized : being or belonging to a style of architecture and decoration current in the United States following the American Revolution
The Union of Soviet Socialist Republic (USSR) dissolved herself and change it into Russian Federation. Currently now it is called Russian Federation. USSR is defunct.
To me federal is some kind of Central or Center which has all the authority, like all other individual aspects can meet into one single entity and dissolves as ONE. As I had mention before in my previous post of making the union perfect as ONE nation, ONE people with ONE constitution. There are many ways to do this. Some do it with stone age way or 20th Century way, some do it the winding and painful way and some do it with smart, intelligent and short cut effective way or 21st Century way. How one factor (I use the word factor for Burma is truly made of 3 major factors) pursue without any regards to other 2 factors is the fundamental mistake already done. Burma’s time to emerge as a responsible and shinning member of world community is already wasted for more than 4 decades. More time will be needed if one factor chooses the long, winding and painful way. (Roadmap)
What I would like to suggest is naming the states as individual race names like Shan State or Kawthoolei State or Kachin State and so on is very delusional into thinking that land area belongs to that particular race. Misunderstandings can be created, divisions can be spawn by naming the region as the name of the race. For example if you name the eastern Burma region as Shan State, it can mean that region belongs to Shans’ race or people. When you build a modern nation with 21st Century concepts, regions should NOT be name after the races’ names to avoid misunderstanding. Regions are regions. All regions/states belong to Burma or Myanmar as a single entity. THAT tackles the point of ONE nation. Of course in the new modern nation, states should be formed and each state can had or the right to create her own “regional” laws or constitutions BUT the focal point is the Federal Constitution supersedes ALL. No individual constitution must include clause or laws that goes against the Central/Federal Constitution. None!
THAT tackles the point of ONE constitution.
So we are now left to ONE people. How do we smartly and intelligently create ONE people out of more than 135 races?
Are we go and gun down those who opposes? Militant factor uses guns to clear opponents. Can’t blame them for militant will be militant for they are train that way. Their way.
What we as intelligent beings must do is to accommodate our brothers and sisters of our family to JOIN us by giving reasonable incentives and let them participate in the governance of the UNION. These ethnics can be members of the Federal Government in “elect able rational” (what that means is according to the size of their race population, their representatives multiplies) personals to contribute their side of their story or situation of their regions/area. THAT tackles the point of ONE people.

Please do not think I am rude or anything because I cut into your THESIS. I would like to share my thoughts a little bit concerning the case of Burma. True the militant rulers hold all the stakes and driving the nation their direction or goal. Roadmap is one of the propaganda or agenda of the junta. Talking about roadmap there are many versions. Which brand or version are they taking? Some roadmaps are outdated and not precise and not updated. Some maps have defects and contained wrongful information. Some maps are not complete and some even omit or lacking crucial areas so just claiming using a roadmap doesn’t necessarily mean they are on the correct path or correct guidance. Are they?

You had every right to share your thoughts and I will not take it as rude for cutting in. This forum is NOT owned by me and therefore all have the rights to participate whenever they wish to. No problem! I will continue my THESIS as days, weeks and months gone by with the exception of the limited space (in this Burma forum) provide me. My ideals are free. They are dedicated to courageous comrades whose ambition is to seek long lasting peace, prosperity and pursuit for happiness for all in an intelligent and smart way.
Good thinking about the “Roadmap” comrade. Yes, there are different kinds of maps. As we all know having the right map is crucial for if anyone got an obsolete map, it can guide the user to wrongful ways and can even came to a dead end road leading the user to nowhere. Will elaborate further at a convenient time.
