Dear Patriots,
In recent cyclone disaster, it is said Mon, Kayin and Irrawaddy delta are worse hit Thousands of people have lost their lives, or properties.
Any disaster, any devastation is horrible.
We can look at them from many angles From humanitarian point of view. from Buddhist point of view, or from Christian point of view. No matter from which angle we look at it. We come to one conclusion. Some may call it men made disasters, .this is human error We cannot say NO to that. Everything is connecting with the people (human)
From social point of view Myanmar now a days forgot that their beautiful traditions, customs, and culture of living together, working together sharing whatever they have , looking after each other . When so called Human Rights got in the way, they forgot all about these togetherness. Men are becoming corrupt
Even the Buddhist Monks who broke their rules and order came out to do what they should not do.
.
Buddhist talks about “ merits “, Each and everyone’s life, good or bad depends on his/her merits in the past or at present
Christian Bible said , there were disasters and devastations because people were sinners. They totally ignore and break the all the rules God laid down. In the end God had to punished them.
What is happening in Myanmar so called Buddhist country where most people are Buddhist, where some of them are Christians and other religion are in deep trouble Due to human error as well as due to God‘s punishment
Delta region and other parts of Myanmar which were hit by the cyclone are agriculture areas. Where people are farmers and peasants. These people are hard hit. Thousand perished and thousand lost their properties including their farm land which was feeding lands.
They are corrupt people. They did not do what they should do and they did what they should not do.
They did not do what they should do means I have already mentioned that dykes along the rivers not properly built or properly repaired, villages half of their houses or huts are in the river half of the house are on the bank.
Some said , farmer and peasants are among some of the rich people nowadays .. How could we say its not true. Look at the price of rice which they produce, look at the price of farmed egg, poultry meat and fish they produce. They are sky high never stopping. They are killing other people in the country who have to consume them. They know they have no choice they have to pay.
These farmers and peasants are robbing the people of the whole country. In Myanmnar we used to say “ Aye Damya Tait Nay De “. They are robbing the people in so called peaceful way.
Aftermath of this disaster, they even put up more prices on food and building materials. That is what happening in Myanmar , money matters most greed, greed and greed , can never stopped. People are committing sins
Government had to introduce a legislation to deal and prevent these robbers which are ordinary people. Many people swore at the government (SPDC) for prices being so high. When some said, prices are in the hands of price makers, brokers or middle men according to free trade, some people said it is SPDC who is making all these. .
But God knows who really are causing the problem. Who really are the sinners. God knows the TRUTH. So he is punishing those responsible. Some people may still say SPDC is a repressive government. Do they not believe in God?
On the other hand we all know Myanmar is under economic sanctions call for and support by the opposition. Myanmars being denied many things other human enjoys., Myanmars are denied their human rights. Myanmars are ignored by international community. After math of disaster George W Bush of United States tightened sanction against Myanmar. Instead he wants to send in US troops in the name of humanitarian help. The whole world knows who “ Nga Pwa Gyi “ is.
Whether economic sanctions or not now, the internal cannot ignore any more they have to come and help Myanmars. While helping they will find out the truth about Myanmar, the truth about SPDC, the truth about their own governments
How they twisted all the stories, how Myanmar is being mistreated ,how SPDC is being portrayed, Especially US citizen will know how US treats Myanmar and its people. Why US wanted to go into Myanmar as first helpers, to take the credits. To cover all his tracks.
Sinners have been are punished, the rest of us should take good lessons, and observe at least five precepts without broken any one of them every day . That might help all of us. But we don’t know what we have done in the past What our neritirial deeds are, what good or bad things we have done. We sure have to pay there is no escape.
Shall we say that God is blessings Myanmar in disguise, because the saying is God helps those who help themselves.
Regards,
Thunderbolts.

kosoe99,
Do you think this is a joke? Is that all you can say?
You can laugh or you can cry. Whatever you do is within your right as a human being . You are a human being are you not?
Who do you believe, God or Buddha ? Are you a Muslim or a Jew or an animist? What are you, what is your belief? You have to believe in something.
Other people do not think this is a joke, kosoe99.
Why this disaster happened, because, Myanmars are corrupt, they are dirty and wicked. Disaster happened, killing thousands of people in Myanmar?
Myanmars are corrupt people, they even corrupt the Buddhism. They always try to bend the laws, rules, regulations and producers , by buying them out. They
bribed the officials . They always buy their way out, by encouraging the
officials to corrupt.
Even the Buddhist Monks in Myanmar are corrupt. They misused Buddhism and they abused the Buddhism. They misguided the people. The cowards lay people hiding behinding the yellow robe and cried aloud that it was saffaron revolution.
The lay people used the Monks and Nuns very well. The Monks and Nuns did not even had any idea they were used.
When Buddhism is misused and abused like that, when Buddhist Monks and Nuns are misused , the protector of Sasanar cannot allow it. There can be nothing but disaster and devastation, as a first warning.
If they don't realise their mistakes or what they have done, and if they carry on like this there will be more to come they will have to face more disasters and devastations.
That time will be called Thajar Thar-tha-nar. The time of the King of Davas,
protector of the Buddhist Sasanar. Next time the sinners, each and everyone will be strike by Mogyothwar or Thunderbolts one by one. If you are a sinner, you will not escape wherever you are.
When Mogyothwar or Thunderbolts strike, their heads wil be broken into eight pieces. Their bodies will never be found. Vultures and other scavengers will also die of hunger.
Be warned, watch out.
Thunderbolts.

Today, May 23, a French ship with aid capable to food 100,000 people during 15 days is always, since one week, waiting the generals authorisation to deliver the French aid. What's your answer for that ? dear patriot

Dear Jacques,
You may be asking me the question, but you know the answer already. With this question plus another personnel question to me, you sounded like that you are acting like my Commander in Chief. It OK Jacques its OK. I don't forget that you are one of the moderators. A MODERATOR.
In the history of Myanmar, France has its place already, like the British and others. In the history of South East Asia, France has its place.
Not only the French ships, thre are English ships, US ships, Russian ships.
I really do not know what other ships there are.
Human disaster is for nobody to take it as scape goat or to take political gain. You know that.
After so many years, the European and US , not to forget France is in the EU have been starving Myanmars making SPDC a scape goat.
After so many years of mistrust, knowingly what the outsiders have in their mind. Would you let them come into your house just like that? I don't klnow about you Jacques, but I wouldn't let anybody into my house, especially those who are not friendly to me. As simple as that.
As I understand it, it was not the aid Myanmar's leader are refusing, it was the foreigners aid workers. Especiall from the west.
I have suggested that why not civilian cargo ship. why not civilian cargo planes, why warships. The war ships from unfriendly nation with soldiers and weapons on board.
You can't blame SPDC for being so cautious or being a little bit over cautious.
What I understand what SPDC is doing is putting everything , not to miss anything into consideration. As they have not met this kind of disaster or devastation before, except during the WW II.
You may have your view Jacques I respect that. European have their European views. We Asians have our own view as well. XCall it we are premative.
In Myanmar the saying is " Ta KLhar Thay Buu - Pyin Borr Nar Le " which means , if you experience death in the house, that house hold will understand how mush the timber cost, to make a coffin.
I can see the world as you see it but you don't see Myanmar as I see it Jacques.
My only suggestion is that France or anyother Western country should hand over the aid for 100,000 people to United Nation and Red Cross and other organisations.
Myanmar understand that the west has a lot to do in middle east and other parts of the world. where huamn are killing other human. What happened in Myanmar is natural disaster. I think Myanmar appreciate whatever country wouldlike to help.
My dear Jacques , I have answered these questions long before you put them to me, if you remember. To remind you, Myanmar is not refusing the aid. it is only refusing to accept some foreigners who said they are aid workers.
Honesty is the best policy. I heard it million of times since I was a child. But this phrase is still being use, beause it is still necessary.
There is something we can do. Taking this as opportunity for reconciliation, confidence building trust building not only among Myanmar but between the west and Myanmars.
Besides, this morning news told me that New Russion President first foreign vist is People Republic of China. Is it for politicking or for the disaster in China?
Have a good day Jacques.
Regards,
Thunderbolts.

Dear Jacques,
Ban Ki-Moon has now permission form Myanmar government for allowing the international aid workers into cyclone hit zone. I am glad to hear that but with caution.
I really hope Myanmar government will all monitor these international aid-workers, of cause not disturbing their job. I am aware also that saving the victims is vital and main job.
Generally I do not trust in these so call humanitarian aid workers or journalists. Our country is very poor and we know that we can not handle this scale of natural disaster on our own. The government knows well that they should let the international aids workers sooner or later.
But they wish to get insurance form Ban Ki-Moon. I think you are very much aware of what is happening and what happened to the African countries each time UN or International humanitarian groups enter the countries. We had the bad experiences in old times when we let enter the westerners in our countries. We are not racist, but as we are very small country and weak in economy, technologies, the government is right to take time to be very cautious.
We have already lost thousand of lives. But we need to protect our unity, our nation. You see that since the beginning, the opposition media politicizing the cyclone and calling for humanitarian intervention and followed by regime change: we can see this clearly in Irrawaddy, Mizzima, Khitpyine, DVB, RFA. The exile government’s Dr Sein Win was travelling around the world telling everybody that “you do maximum for humanitarian intervention, and regime change is our job”.
I hear about it everyday on DVB, RFA.
Our countries have many ethnic groups who are battling war with Myanmar on the border with Thailand. In 1960, Karens had reached until Yangon (capital). If you are aware of all political and ethnic factors involved in our country case, you can understand the government’s caution to take decision. Well people will argument that many are dying. It is true, but what can we do? We have priorities given to our national security and disintegration of our nation, as United States and France. I am sure if France had many ethnics demanding independence by doing war with central government, France would have reacted the same way.
There are the real facts that people are too much anger at the government and they hate too much government. But please do not draw the conclusion that we hate our government we support the opposition systematically.
Many people in Myanmar are aware of the stupidity of the Opposition and we can not count on them for change. Many of my friend votes “YES” to the constitution simply because this is only way of change we think. Not because they like so much the constitution. We can not compare our country with France. I think you will remember when France lost WW II, Michel Debre of France’s fifth republic prime minister said that it was not France who had lost the war, but its elites.
At present, I do not like my government and also I am not happy at their bad management in regard with cyclone victims but I do not trust our opposition, worst, when I see they all are politicizing the cyclone and calling for humanitarian intervention and regime change, I hate them. There is a much difference between government and betrayers. They are making maximum grows of hate among the people towards the government and they think that they will gain much support form the people, they are wrong. They can not hope that people will support them systematically because people hate government. Look at their 20 years of struggle for power, they never gave us any kind of concrete solutions nor constructive proposals but always called for people uprising. They talk much about moral values however their basic lives and daily actions are caught in the lowest - bottom of moral values they promote. They need to distort the information, omit the important parts of true information or real stories in order to suite to their political stand. Where is the difference between SPDC and opposition? Nothing – nothing in media promotion and nothing in actions, speeches, moral values. Every Myanmar living abroad with freedom of press and info are aware of these things. Howver SPDC is not selling our nation while most members (95%) of exiles are lying and need to invent false stories in order to get asylum, funds, jobs, scholarship, etc.. in UK, Germany (many ethnic, such as Chins), France and USA. I am angry when I hear them on the various Radios they are telling the false stories. I am angry when I hear their testimony about exaggerated or false tortures and ask for military intervention into Myanmar ( they know that they are telling false stories, when I ask them why they reply me because otherwise they will not get asylum– in fact Myanmar society abroad is small. All false stories they tell, testimony are always recovered by the true stories through Myanmar society in one way or another. We want change, we need to push our government towards change – pressures needed, but we do not need to paint our country with bad colors systematically. The result – Myanmar society abroad is split into two parts – one with normal ordinary people another with activists, exiles and NLD related people. And to make you clearer, these two groups do not trust each other even though most of the time they share the same feeling (hate) towards military government.
Our country needs a new kind of elites who have strong conviction and who will not be destabilised in the critical times like now we are facing.
Each country has its own way for doing things according to their own history, capacity and situation. The most important thing is to overcome the problems.
According to the latest info, I think Myanmar will accept 1000 -1500 tons of food from French or US navy ships via small ordinary ships. Therefore there is a big progress. May be directly from French navy it will be more quick. But it sis not time to comaplain. The most important thing is Myanmar accpet foods and I think this is the main purpose of French navy ship, isn't it?
Best regards,

Dear Jacques,
Thank you for your patience. I know my message are long, because I want to explain as clearly as possible. Always referring to the past, you may notice. Because I believe in cause and effect as a Buddhist. So now you understand. Another thing is the more we talk the more we understand each other.
Some people think including my own Myanmar people think Myanmars are low class, uneducted , ignorant fools and stupid idiots.
There are low class, uneducated , ignorant,
fools and stupit idiots in every society. Myanmars are not examption. AT the same time not everybody in Myanmar society are low class, uneducated, ignorant fools and stupid idiots.
I would like you to see it very clear, crysta; clear, that's all.
Jacques,
Thank you for your explanation,. it is not necessary, but you are a gentleman . I would like to make a few more points without writing a book, if possible. Lend me your ears please.
Whoever you are or whatever you are, you have a right to put question, to me or to anybody. I will answer your question to the best of my knowledge.
You have a good question you have a good point so that I have to come back to you and try again to make to understand Myanmar’s position though most of them have been answered truthfully.
Let me ask you a simple question Jacques, would you let any warship from unfriendly nations loafing up and down of the French coast. Would you let planes from unfriendly nation flying over France as they like?
Let me bring back a little bit about the French involvement in Myanmar which led to the British occupation of Myanmar. As I understand it when Myanmar tried to be good friend with France, when Myanmar was looking for the breathing space, while British strangling Myanmar with naval blockade in lower Burma. Because French were undecided Myanmar lost everything. Myanmar never hate the French. There is no problem between Myanmar and France. OK, that is a part of Burmese history where France has a place.
You know about Myanmar by now. Myanmar is not under normal circumstances. Not like France. It has too many problems.
France is a member of EU , which is unfriendly to Myanmar. Which is victimising the regime and the people of Myanmar.
Myanmar’s news constitution says, among the qualification of the leader of Myanmar the military experience is one of them. So that they know what national security means.
As I have very honestly stated Myanmar is a very complicated country. Myanmar are confused people. Due to their struggle for their life. We need no more complications, we need no warship , because Myanmars already have enough of hardship. Who is making the Myanmars to be like this? International community, responding to the calls of some elites inside and outside Myanmar.
Myanmar can not avoid this kind of disaster, devastation, but they would be able to look after the victims, if only Myanmar was a developed nation. Why Myanmar is not a developed natio, the answer is back to square one. Nobody is innocent Jacques, nobody. In my view, Myanmars are victimised, Myanmars are bullied.
Military regime may not be desirable, but it is a necessity in Myanmar. The country needs it. The situation, the circumstances warranted it.
Please compare Myanmar with other troubled nations. You will see the difference. You will say Myanmar is a Paradise .
Do you have any idea what could happened to Myanmar, if SPDC is not there? Let us not exaggerate it, let us not dramatise it. It would go back to 1950s.
The subject is the aid on the warships . Aid, yes Myanmar needs aid, plenty of them. Not only the aid on the ships we need the war ships and the weapons on them as well. It will be nice, very nice to give these warships as aid to Myanmar together with all other aid and weapons on board. That will solve all the problems.
Warships from unfriendly nations off the Burmese coast? What are they doing there in the first place? There may be many excuses Jacques. Excuses are excuses they are not the reasons. They cannot be justify by any means.
I don’t want you to think like a Myanmar like me. But I want you to think as a none aligned, neutral person. Not like a French man or a French Canadian.
While we are talking about, “ warships ” if I am correct, a ship will take at least 29 days to reach Myanmar water from France through Suez canal . The disaster in Myanmar was on the 2nd & 3rd of May and Franch warships were already there a week or two after loaded with aid. It must be something. The possibilities are many, lets skip them. I accept that modern sophisticated warship can travel faster.
I am not sure there is international water in the so called English Channel between France and Britain. What do they do, when Russian warships or Chinese warships need to cross the English Channel. North Sea territorial waters What do they do when Russian military planes or Chinese military planes fly across France or British air space?
The relation with France and all other nations are changed after President Charac. France is more aggressive towards small nations. France has lost its freedom under the present President. I don’t think he will last the next term. That is not our business.
The Foreign Policies of the French Government towards Myanmar should be look into . Especially on economic sanctions. In olden days Myanmar could not make any treaties with French because of British objections . The British must be informed and approved by them. Myanmar lost its free dome since then. After WW II, US and British liberated France from Nazi Germany. France is no more France. French are no more French. They are under the influence of US and British. It is evident when Nicholas became President of the Republic.
Now, French can not do any treaty with anybody, especially Myanmar. EU must be informed or approved by it. Where is the freedom Jacques? You can translate that loss of freedom into European Unity. That Unity is nothing wrong . But unity against who? Why others unity is wrong?
Do others have a right to unite their people. Do other have rights to defend their country? Do others have rights to make their country secure? Myanmar threatening to nobody.
This is for security reasons , a person such as you should know better. Security is the utmost important for a small nation like Myanmar.
Taking this as opportunity, what I would like to say is that as in my previous messages. EU or US or Asean should adopt new approaches to Myanmar , with their open mind, to help Myanmar as a nation, to help Myanmars as fellow human beings. Not only as the cyclone victims. There are 57 millions of these unfortunate Myanmars, according to the latest statistic.
Myanmar needs more then what the French have on their warships, what the French can offer, plenty more. Myanmar need plenty more, to develop their nation. I don’t need to tell you this Jacques, you know that and you should know.
I said this might be the great opportunity, this might be a greatest chance all of us to change, if we really care about the deaths in this disaster to prevent such deaths in future. There are a lot to be done, a lot of benefits and a lot of profits for everybody and anybody if only they would like to share, in a productive way.
Myanmar is rich with natural resourses. Oil, gas and other minerals. Rail transport, system, road transport system. water transport system. Agriculture and farming. Creating jobs to create wealth . Bringing the standard of living up, trade and skill knowledge, technical know how, schools , colleges, and universities. Hospitals and pharmaceutical industry. There is the whole list of them. foreign governments can provide these. These are for humanitarian cause. They can be called humannitarian aid. Are they not?
That is what I call real aid to Myanmar Jacques, not only biscuits and butter and cheese crackers, sweets and chocolates thrown to the victims as if they are feeding the animals. But thanks any way.
Sorry to repeat it again. economic sanctions and embargos are killing the people of Myanmar. Is it not?
Also my thanks to Myanmar opposition. Foreign government can say. They are the Burmese, we are responding to their calls. Very easy. Opposition does not even know they are themselves scapegoats. But they are happy.
If this disaster is to be called manmade disaster, Then I like to say the opposition is making it,creating the disasters. Because they are the ones who are calling these sanctions and supporting it thus denying the rights of people of Myanmar. They are the minority Jacques minority of Myanmar population. God bless them, God forgive them.
If you use/employ Myanmars inside Myanmars as aid workers, are you afraid Myanmars will earn a little bit of money for themselves? You have to pay your volunteers, don't you? You have to look after them before they can look after the victims in Myanmar or to start their works, to your standard as well. they are not forced labours, do they?
Many times when Myanmar government recruit volunteers, they are named as forced labours. Many times Myanmar is accused of using forced labours.
Those who are not paid according to their job or work are called slaves. Now, it is a bit scare to get volunteer labour and porters in Myanmar. They have to be paid for their labopur. So even aid organisation don’t recruit Myanmars, because they don’t want to pay them, they cannot pay them . Besides , Myanmars are classed as no experts. Myanmars are class as know nothing people.
Is their any truth in that Jacques? Or Myanmars are being exploited from left to right, from top to the bottom. Is there any honesty and sincerity in that? Are Myanmars human beings ? Are they treated as human beings ? Do they have rights? Who is denying them?
You can only answer these questions. .
Inaway it is good to have some ordinary foreigners into the country where there are no rebels and insurgent sympathizers. Or who supported rebels, and insurgents, or opposition. Having said that I am not sure of Mon State or Kayin State. At the border of Thai and Myanmar where the rebels and insurgents and their followers are active.
As long as these volunteer the so called foreign aid workers mind their own business. Their priority is to help the Myanmars who are in trouble. As long as they keep their political views and comments to themselves. As long as they are broadminded people. Myanmar (SPDC ) have no reason to object, they will welcome them with open arms.
Regards,
Thunderbolts.
