The rule of law is tested in Burma. This is the wise move of the NLD. It is recorded in Burma’s history to challenge the ruling military government of wrong doing. Of course the rubber stamp robotic Burma’s kangaroo court system will definitely turn down any anti-junta moves. This will strengthen the junta’s stay above the law. It will bring spotlight on junta as the first class citizens that lives above the law. Their say is the law of the land while any laws that exist is under their boots/feet. Intelligent and courageous move by NLD. The more the junta ignore the civilized moves of the opposition democratic party, the more it shows its ignorance and arrogant attitude of SPDC. Whether the rubber stamp court system under SPDC takes action or not, it is recorded in Burma’s history of suing the sitting illegal government. Great move NLD great move!
