Ways to form one unified Central Government in exile:
An elaboration to the last question of "how it should be form and what kind of people should be included".
THE exile Central Government should create 3 branches.
1) Elected MPs will be use as figure heads with the participation of able, professional intellectuals and work together taking in charge of finance and planning and enforcing/implementing the democratic laws. (Executive Branch)
2) Lawyers taking in charge of creating democratic laws that reflects the needs of the UNION including the National Constitution based on freedom and justice. (Legislative branch)
3) Technological geeks/technocrats creating tools of modern high tech taking in charge of telecommunications, coordination and information. (Correspondence Branch).
Then a separate “Think Tank Enterprise” (not Government but an organization independently exist/function or not affiliated with the exile Government) consisting of innovative philosophers, thinkers with credibility credentials to guide plans, guidelines and strategies to build democratic Burma and reflects/accommodate with the world’s current situations and circumstances taking in charge of creating ways and means for the making of new democratic Burma happened. An Organization of like minded intellectuals who are interested for the betterment of strong, free and democratic new UNION.
Just an idea!

This is the kind of news I want to read, see and hear. http://www.irrawaddy.org/article.php?art_id=10154 Reform to form a newly centralized, effective, efficient Government in exile is needed. Senior elected MPs should very well understand that new blood/generation is needed to make a powerful government in exile for Burma. We all know and agree Burma’s political situation is NOT stable and it is better to be safe than sorry when Burma really needs a “Transitional Government” or “Emergency Caretaker Government” when the shaky illegal regime falls. A ready made prepared Government that is ready to step in when Burma needs them. Forget about SPDC and let them walk their own road which is heading towards dead end. SPDC is morally bankrupt and there is no hope and vision in their way to imposed a self ruling system with handpick fake delegates that is not only outdated but also unfair, undemocratic not to mention it is imposed by an illegal regime.
In my opinion, there is no way out for the regime to get out of sanctions nor to reconcile with the opposition they so much despised. If the exile Government waits on that, people will grow old and nothing tangible good results will happened and Burma will be stagnant for another 50 years or so. We MUST move on forward, we ARE moving forward and thinking positively for the future. Of course communications with the oppositions within Burma is a must to keep updated and seek for their approval after all the exile Government’s goal or aim is NOT to “replace” the NLD but to prepare as a “stepping stone” for the NLD for we are living, breathing in free world democratic society, an advantage to prosper, progress and free to do/implement what NLD couldn’t do because of the repressive and oppressive nature of SPDC against the oppositions within Burma. We had to make clear to the opposition INSIDE Burma that we are friends and aiding and abetting the progress FOR nld. We must make very clear and sound understanding between the opposition inside and the opposition outside for we are the SAME COIN OF DIFFERENT FACES.
Daw Aung San Suu Kyi already declare, acknowledge and seek help for “those who are living and enjoying freedom, to use our freedom as an effective tool in support of promoting freedom for Burma” did she not?
We must not sit idle by and stick to the old rules, systems and thinking but find innovative ways and means to make the ‘reform’ happened!
To the critics I would like to say is………………..It is better to be ready and prepare or to be safe and sound than sorry and dismay when the time comes in call for necessity for the PEOPLE and the NATION.
It is time/era for reform for the National Government of Burma in exile. The lesson we should learn in Iraq is, to build a government AFTER the fall of Saddam’s regime is very difficult and time/cost consuming. If there is a “prepared government in exile” ready to jump in and take control of the situation as “transitional government” Iraq will be a different story now.
The momentum to change for better is now and keep it moving forward. There is no such a thing as “too late”. We are at the crossroad of defining our goal to make Burma a free, strong and democratic nation, a nation that enjoys true independence from fear and repression from both foreign and domestic evil forces.
We can do it if we compromise within ourselves FIRST who are living abroad and more likely, freely to make things happened in our favor. Now is the right time for in this electronic technological advance age, we the new thinkers, innovators, philosophers and intellectuals alike can create things that we cannot possibly do 20 years ago. We CAN do it for if there is a “will” there is always a “way”.
"United through Diversity" should be our theme/motto to build a sound and unified UNION!

As far as I know, it is very rare for Burmese to unite for every single Burmese ego is too high to compromise or comprehend the value of mutual understanding let alone to mention respect. The ignorance nature brings down Burma, a once wealthy nation to rock bottom status. It is like an Army where all wants to be officers and no soldiers which is not practical. Burmese should realize that there is no such thing as "lesser" or "higher" for all men (or women) are basically created equal as one brain, 2 hands, 2 legs, 2 eyes, 2 ears, one nose, one mouth, one body one soul. Looking down or looking up should not be the norms of seeing or knowing things or perseptives of each and evey one. All should involve as a "team" participating collectively with acknowledgement to the contribution of each individual no matter what his/her status is in retrospect. Especially the ones on the top should be well aware of taking into account of each individual's value regardless of age, gender, religion, education or culture background and willing to accept the contributions of that particular individual's action. Agree or disagree is one matter, acknowledge and value is another.

Comrades,
Let us build a unified perfect Union that includes ALL races, cultures, backgrounds as "partners" and not as "enemies". Together with mutual respect and wisdom, we can do it.
The fight to create a perfect Union is on the rise and gaining strength and momentum. The stand for challenging the authority of junta is mounting day be day, week by week, month by month and year by year. The ethnic forces and the opposition forces will join hands and create a unified front to confront and challenge the legal authority of junta’s hegemonic manipulation over other institutions of Burma. No nation on earth has the right for ONE institution to dictate OTHER institutions for if and when it does Burma is the perfect example of what happen to once rich and wealthy nation and proud and dignified people.
The compelling evidence of Burma is the profound proof of dogmatic disillusion doctrines that explain interference of one institution into other institutions that does not belong or appropriate occurs can ruin that nation and people.

This is the kind of regime when lost they nullified and IF win by their proxy political party they will accept and ratify. What a foolish, idiotic mentality. http://www.irrawaddy.org/article.php?art_id=10371
Not only they nullified the winning opposition party NLD they are imprisoning the NLD to total destruction so that there is no opposition left to confront them and their proxy parties can win. They are making sure their proxies win this time for they had learn the lesson of losing if it is done democratically, free, fair and justly.
The world knows this regime is the most hated and disgusted by their own people. No doubt about it. Even the Buddhist monks participated in peaceful demonstrations which ended in bloodshed.
The way the foolish regime does is a mockery to the entire world and acting with “to hell with what is right”. They do it THEIR WAY or NONE!
Like I said many times, the only way is to eliminate these evil doers totally with absolute “permanent” sanctions tightening the noose more and more until Burma is heading towards genuine democratic principles and values. They do not want opponents for they know they are doing evil and wrong and the opponents are right.
What Daw Aung San Suu Kyi said was bloody right. “Prepare for the worst” folks for Burma is heading towards disaster AGAIN!!!

Federal Constitution:
The opposition forces had already finished drafting the new constitution. This constitution is parallel to the junta’s constitution which is for the military, by the military, of the military and from the military constitution. Burma will be a nation deeply divided with 2 governments with 2 constitutions. http://www.mizzima.com/MizzimaNews/News/2008/Feb/44-Feb-2008.html
If junta had the right to do whatever they want, THEN….the opposition had the equal right to do whatever they want. This is called fair justice! Move on comrades, move on!

This is my analysis on the agenda of spdc goal to retain military power and influences as “change clothes” civilian government. They had already declare their military constitution is finished and referendum will be already approved or pre-approved and the creation of pro-junta political proxy usda will participate in 2010 election which they already won in advance. They already decided “their” law (constitution), endorse it (referendum) and victory (votes) is already signed, sealed and will be delivered in 2010 thus creating another pro military civilian government will be born just as General Ne Win had done in the past. General Ne Win change the constitution in 1974, change clothes as Socialist Civilian Government with referendum, change the National Flag and so on. SPDC is copying the same scenario with the banner/slogan of “Disciplined Democracy” with the same military men changing civilian clothes and creating their proxy political party (usda) just as General Ne Win had his proxy political party NUP (National Unity Party) which lost decisively to Suu Kyi’s NLD (National League for Democracy) party in 1990 general election.
What’s new? Same old same old with different Generals. That’s all. Burma will never come out of the hole as long as military involve in other institutions no matter which General takes over for their mentality is the same. After their changed clothes civilian government takes over, the nation will drag on with the deceive, gimmick civilian government known as disciplined or control democracy for some time and another peoples’ revolt will occur again and the whole cycle repeats again with another General. Coups will be the common way of robbing the state power, a power that will never be handed to genuine and authentic civilians of Burma.
Burma will be always the follower of other nations for centuries to come until and unless the cancerous military involvement in other institutions stop for good. As long as military does not respect true human rights and genuine birth rights of human freedom and universal democratic laws, there will always be problems for Burma for generations after generations with no end in sight not to mention the on going longest civil war in world's history with ethnic people inside Burma.
