Re:Forming Federal Government 8 Months, 4 Weeks ago Karma: 6
Analyzing MokeJoke’s quote “Analyse of small bombs blasts in Myanmar”:

Let’s us examine on the small bombs blasts in one week in Myanmar.
The junta claimed that they were made by ethnic Karen rebels KNU.

Thailand Based analysts of the opposition side such as Win Min and Htay Aung claimed that they were planted by Junta itself to unit the Military (http://www.mizzima.com/MizzimaNews/News/2008/Jan/33-Jan-2008.html)

There are two hypotheses on this matter:

1. Assume that that they were planted by the Junta itself. What should be Junta’s reason for this?
Certainly the main reason must be ( not single) for make understand the People of Myanmar that there are chaos and danger of instability in term of political and economic.
Bomb blasts - The innocent people killed
- Tourism will be highly touched
- the decline of already declined economy in general will follow
If theses blasts will continue people might think finally the iron hands will be still necessary to govern the country. Or even they will pray for the road map be completed as quickly as possible. Therefore the military has its won reasons to do it.

Wrong, the majority of people do not accept the notion of just because of bombs here and there iron hands will be necessary to govern the country for all the people want is to REMOVE the iron hands that placed upon them for 46 years. The people are fed up with the mishandling/mismanagement of the government and making the nation and the people poor because of them. Some even want foreign intervention and bomb (air strike) Naypyitaw.

Now why the analysts of the opposition side give us the thinking of it must be junta itself who plated theses bombs purposely? To unit the military? Might be true but not the main reason. Because the opposition wish eagerly the disunity of the military - by saying this only – it could disunite the military – give a feeling that may be our army is destroying the lives of our people etc…..however the analysts know well that Myanmar military can hardly be disunited.
When military split, the country will collapse. Anyway why should the opposition’s analysts say it was them - naturally everybody protects its own side.

The thinking of uniting the military by planting bombs here and there is absurd. The concept of disunity within the military’s top brass is a proven and known fact and that is why General Ne Win was house arrested and so is General Khin Nyunt sacked and detained and sentenced for 44 years. The point is, the fact of the matter is, it is NOT the disunity of the entire military the people or opposition are seeking, it is the disunity of the top brass they are seeking and it is the nature of Burmese military’s behavior of sacking each other and mistrusting each other (top circle). Right now Than Shwe and his clique has the upper hand and control the military so far. Who knows what happens next for the Burmese military is hard to predict for no one trust one another not to mention the nature of power grip and the policy/nature of crimes on one hand and corruption on the other hand ruling system of the regimes (with an ‘s’).

2. Now suppose that it was the opposition (or ethnic rebels, ABSDF or one of the opposition organisations)
Why they do it?

They know that it is almost impossible to kill the top 5 of the military Junta. Then why they harm the innocent people. They have no other choice. The exiles, ABSDF, the opposition have the good reasons to do it because if the road map will be implemented successfully, their lives will be finished with it. The road map is equal to their end. In the new constitution, almost all MPs elect of 90 will be barred from “be candidate” whether they are imprisoned, exiles. NLD must need to recruit new ones for the new elections. The exiles and the activists inside will be barred from participating in politics ( for the people inside for 10 years and for the exile – no chance at all to return back to the country).

Road map is the end of the exile politics as well as for those living ( not IDP) at border between Thai and Myanmar such as AAPPB, The actvists and many others.

Therefore thy have the good reasons to plant the bombs inside.

In this new and innovative age of 21st Century, no need to kill the top brass to bring down the regime. Smart and wise ways can be done to topple the regime for example like creating situations and circumstances that will loosen up their grip and change in the top. Than Shwe himself is facing the changing DNA within his body. Burma will change this year like it or not. The stranglehold tightening of the noose around top brass's necks had been implemented year after year making spdc to breathe harder and harder. Choking their financial fields is one of the many ways in bringing change in Burma. SPEAKING OF FINANCIAL FIELDS THE NATURAL RESOURCES OF BURMA IS NOT FOR BURMESE (they are poor) BUT FOR CHINESE AND OTHER FOREIGNERS (they become richer and richer because of military rule in Burma and they in fact wants to see the rule of military in Burma). THIS IS A SAD FACT BUT IT'S TRUE. The mounting pressures of the UN is building including China’s behavior. Change is inevitable and the regime or China is no exception. US will elect New President this year end (November) and the changing of the guard in the US will affect the whole world including Burma.

Now lets us examine who will get the advantages of bomb blasts – Whoever involved in these bomb blasts, the Junta will get always the advantages of it - of cause!!!
People will be always the victims as ever and for ever!!!

Nobody gets advantages in the bombs blast in Burma for everyone lose when chaos happen including the military for there are ramifications connected to bombs blast in Burma either directly or indirectly. Even Than Shwe could be removed by his fellow officers just like Ne Win/Khin Nyunt was in the past. The norms of military coups are nothing new or common in Burmese military history. The stronger survives while the weaker (Generals) lose in the power play/struggle of Burmese military political field.

Comrades,

Counterfeit Currency Compounds Crisis and Chaos:-:

Already Burma is suffering inflation on her currency and the counterfeit money compounded the currency crisis creating chaos. Many people do not know for the government blacks out the finding of counterfeit 1,000 kyat notes news manufactured by some organized rings within and outside of Burma. In fact these counterfeit notes/money is circulating in the entire country and the government black out the news in fear of people uprising. Yo’ll can read it at NDD (Network for Democracy and Development) website in Burmese or at http://www.rebound88.net/

Comrades,

Prudence, Perseverance, Persistence is the Key.

The “poor” judgement regime is now hurt by the advancing tactics of the opposition. The regime weapon of hide and kill actions had been “exposed” to the world by the bloggers, electronic messengers of the new generation of Burmese “new” revolutionary personals. Always remember, evil never likes transparency nor justice, darkness never likes lightness. Evil always hide their conduct and never wants people to see or know what they are doing for they had their guilty conscience of doing wrong and wicked things. The regime wants to isolate the nation and wants to be shun from outside world and inside they close the eyes and ears of the people and make them deaf and dumb. They use terror, torture even death as a weapon or means to achieve their goal of keeping the people submit to their ways and demands. Their tool is deception, their intention is wicked/evil. They implant their agents inside and outside of their cocoon country and distort the truth. That is their way. Comrades, keep on revealing the truth. Tell the world what’s going on inside their cocoon country by having cells all over the country distributing messages, pictures, videos alike and let the world knows the constant struggle for freedom from fear and repression. The evil side is now on the defensive and tries frantically to squash the electronic communications and yet they will not succeed for time and tide is NOT at their side. The “Saffron Revolution” that started in September 2007 will succeed if we continue our struggle at an extraordinary pace and perception with prudence, perseverance and persistence in mind for they are the doors of success or gateway to freedom. Keep the world in focus on what’s happening in Burma. Reminding the world constantly of the cruel events of September Revolution now and then and incite awareness of the cruel intentions of the regime, an illegal, unwise and stupid regime that is in place in Burma for many decades.
My paradoxes perception is working/becoming reality for the regime is blocking or distorting the advancing blogspots of the new revolutionary Burmese.

Burma will not prosper under the rule of Than Shwe led spdc:-:

WHY? Because the top circle has serious mental problems not to mention Than Shwe is mentally impaired psychotic self-deluded leader. He and his clique is the main reason for Burma’s woes including the death of many monks and monastries being sacked.
Any mentally sound people can see the results of these rulers and the status of Burma among world’s advancing nations. All her neighbors are moving forward and improving while Burma is still in a prehistoric stone age where human basic necessity of electric power is not adequate. Look at Thailand for example, a nation that was once less prosperous than Burma. There is no way Burma can compare to Thailand’s stand among International arena in economic or political or military terms. Burma is no match to it’s neighbors let alone to mention her immediate big neighbors India and China. Currently Burma is for China for whatever China needs Burma must supply in obedience. Remember, under spdc rule, Burma is NOT for Burmese, Burma is for Chinese, Thais, Indians etc.
If this not a puppet conduct then what is? http://www.irrawaddy.org/article.php?art_id=10000
China will continue to defend and impose their needs upon Burma as long as they had their puppet Generals installed. This is the truth and the reality. China wants mentally impaired Generals in place in Burma to exploit the natural resources of Burma sucking out completely from Burmese people. Burmese people will be left poor, malnourished, sick and fear to the point where there will be distrust even among ordinary family members and to the point Burmese people become slaves and beggars, a norm I never heard before when I used to live in Burma. This is the first time I heard, seen beggars emerging in Burma, a natural rich/wealthy nation I once lived.
Thunderboats’ posting http://www.asiaobserver.com/component/option,com_fireboard/Itemid,453/func,view/id,4691/catid,3/ for he don’t have his own “meaningful” thoughts (mental deficiency) so he had to copy and paste. It is crystal clear…………US stands with the people of Burma (the oppressed) while China stands for the junta (the oppressors).

China is the enemy of the people of Burma. Torturing Nuns and Monks is the norm of this cruel and evil government spdc that China supports. http://whoiswhoinburma.blogspot.com/2008/01/insein-prison-news-nuns- and-monks-in.html
I strongly believes history repeats itself. China's turn will come when the misfortunes will rain down on them. China is totally nervous of Burma becoming free and democratic. They are doing everything in their power to distrub the process of freedom in Burma or at least tries to slow down the process by standing and defending the junta. The people of Burma will not forget who is their friend and who is their enemy. History is written and events have happened and recorded. What goes around comes around when the right time and era comes.

Comrades,

EX- Dictator dies. http://abcnews.go.com/International/wireStory?id=4196573 The EX- dictator of once Military rule Indonesia face his fate. Suharto will never sees 2009. The year 2008 had exterminate the “X” into exit to dust. Another one bites the dust! It is a known fact that this General ruled Indonesia with iron grip for many years. Of course those who love tyranny and dictatorship will morn to his death. Like I said, in due time one by one, dictator by dictator, tyrant by tyrant mother “nature” and father “time” have their own plan to get rid of these anti-freedom demons.

In Burma, we all know the situation of General Than Shwe. In my dream, he too will not see 2009. We all know Than Shwe’s health is not very good. On top of that, his ill actions and deeds will compond upon him for what he had done to the once wealthy nation into a prostitute/disease/slave/beggars/poverty stricken nation. No matter how much his clique and its axe handlers do, write, speak, the fact remains the same. Burma or Myanmar is NOT the country I once lived for the status had gone downhill in all sectors especially the moral/mental decay. Burma is nowhere near out of the woods of poverty let alone to become a modern and developed state. Burma is a fail state with many problems, heading towards chaos after chaos. A nation that can't even "talk" or communicate to each other let alone to reconcile. The opposition had given ultimatum till February 12th (Union day) as the last day and we are approaching quickly to that date. After that date we will see more chaos and the room for reconciliation is getting smaller and smaller until there is no room or hope left.

Prepare and be aware for the worst comrades.

Comrades,

Daw Aung San Suu Kyi had declare to warn her people………….”prepare for the worst”. That is her message revealing the true nature of spdc. Spdc is not sincere nor willing to reconcile or compromise. They will keep the “status quo” just like before the September Revolution. They (spdc) know nobody can do nothing including the UN. Bush is stuck up, UN is toothless, ASEAN is a lame duck and they put China, Russia and India into their pocket. http://www.burmanet.org/news/2008/01/31/inter-press-service-junta-has- no-plans-for-political-change-suu-kyi-marwaan-macan-markar/ http://www.burmanet.org/news/2008/01/31/associated-press-media-group- myanmar-junta-steps-up-policing-of-internet-arrests-blogger/

The junta is arresting bloggers like me. Why? Because it hurts them and the steady advancing of bloggers that are against them is gaining momentum and the junta is on the defensive now. They want to get rid of the 21st Century Cyber Warriors (bloggers). They can fight in the jungles but they cannot fight in the Internet, the world wide web for there are many ways the bloggers can dodge them and outsmart them in this field where they are most vulnerable.

There should be constant connections, communication among ALL oppositions abroad or within Burma. My advice to you all is to create a kind of ***Central Strategic Command Cyber Center*** be established abroad and planted individual cells within Burma to counter the offensive of the junta against electronic messengers/bloggers using cell phones conveying text messages/vidoes COVERTLY.

Regards,

Cyber Warrior.

Re:Forming Federal Government 8 Months, 1 Week ago Karma: 6
I would like to comment on the topic of “3 Governments for 1 country” by Ko Htun Aung Gyaw. http://burmadigest.info/2008/02/01/three-governments-for-one-country/

First of all I would like to thank the author “Ko Htun Aung Gyaw” for elaborating and explaining the true situation of Burma’s existing Governments.

1) SPDC:
This State Peace and Development Council, the current ruling illegal Government of Burma/Myanmar is well known I had nothing to add nor will I support.

2) Interim Shan Government, Federated Shan States:
This Government represent only one race, one section/part of the UNION thus in my opinion it does not benefit the entire country. I do NOT support this kind of Government for it is not only unwise but also an excuse for destruction of the UNION.

I am interested on the third Government for it represents the entire COUNTRY although many do not for I am NOT like many anyway….
3) The National Coalition Government of the Union of Burma/NCGUB:
I learn that the main obstacle for NCGUB to become effective is the rule or principle of only “1990 elected MP” officials can be “qualify” to participate in this exile Government. This principle drastically cut down the scope of “able” personals to join and create a meaningful and effective Government. Not that I disrespect the elected MPs for I honor them whole heartedly but since the election took place 1990 there will be limitations on members not to mention the moving or advancing age factor. It is said and written that the advantages of aging is gaining more experience and wisdom IF the individuals know how to use them and implement them.

Second, the distant location of these MP (six are spread out) makes this Government ineffective and little progress is seen in its 17 years history of formation. I disagree on this for in this electronic age location or distance does not matters anymore. We can do conferencing regularly (just like I am doing now), communicate effectively, efficiently and instantly where ever we reside. All we need is the funds and the (high tech) tools.

I agree with the author that serious/significant change is needed in NCGUB if we want a modern, strong, effective, vibrant Government in exile that rivals or even superior than SPDC for we have many advantages by living in a free and democratic society/land not to mention developed modern nations. Change in the ways of thinking, strategizing, forming, funding, implementing, energizing, communicating, compromising, attitudes and even eliminating "some" out dated irrelevant principles to accommodate or in par with the present time/era, circumstances and situations. Flexibility is the key and wisdom/knowledge is the cutting edge to attain success and make things happened in the way it should be. I hope this particular (my) message, along with Ko Htun Aung Gyaw’s “constructive criticism” will convey a hopeful and meaningful change of strategy in NCGUB for the benefit of all, both abroad and inside Burma/Myanmar.
I encourage all to speak out fearlessly and demand for change not only on SPDC but also on NCGUB.
