I'd encourage to rally the mass to deter and terminate such destructive action, planing a bomb in cities and other public place. Educate the mass and make them aware of the social consequence from such action. Not only relying on "informers" but also to gather the public solid support, any suspicious acts to apprehend and investigate for the sake of all people around. Encourage and train, vigilante and discipline hand in hand. spread the net wide and far, cut the cell level communication.

Dear Patriots,
" Doe Myanmar Dway - Kno Kyar Ja" is the call.
" Ah Phyet Thamar Alo Ma Shi" must be the battle cry.
My advice to the people to the Patriots is " know the enemies. "
While there were about eight high ranking officers in British Burma army, some Kayin brigades together with some British officer took the best weapons called KNDO and rebelled against Multi Party Democractic Government of the Union of Burma. KNDO even took Insein and manynother parts of Myanmar under their control.
While making unavoidable war which was started by the KNDO, the successive governments of Union of Burma with no exception of military government, including SPDC, tried countless numbers of peace talks with KNU, signed countless numbers of peace agreements
The high ranking leaders of the KNDO(KNU) accepted peace offers and are living in peace. Yet young one took the ceasefire as opportunity and regrouped themselves, reorganised themselve. Went over to to their supporters and fund raisers. WIth their help KNU restored their arms and ammunitions
I would notbe surprised if the arms supplyers are Thai nationals, arms smugglers.
Thailand itself had supplied small arms to its Kayin villagers along the Thai Myanmar border saying to protect the intruders. There are many KNU Kayins and their families living inside Thailand and they have the freedom of movements. Not to mentioned those in the socalled refugees camps.
These KNU are unoficially under the protection of NGos and Thailand and even by the United Nations funding them.
In the past Thailand used Kayins and Mons to attack Myanmar. When Myanmar fought back they could not take it. Leaving Kayin Mon and Myanmar figghting each other and Thailand playing innocent until now as good neighbour.
It is due time the people should know who the really enemy is.
If there is going to be a rally for peace, or against terrorist acts, these ralies should be infront of US, Brit. Australian and Thai Embassies in Yangon.
Opposition members who are in favour of democracy and peace shuld do the same wherever they are at the front of the respective foreign offices, all over the world.
If terrorism cannot be accepted the terrorist acts in Myanmar must be rooted out as well as in the world.
None believers of democracy, destructive elements, those with negative views must be wiped out totally.
60 years of valuable time and billions of dollers have been spent,
these extremists have no common sense yet.
If there is no common sense among all people no matter who has the power nomatter who governs Myanmar another 60 years if not 600 years will still be wasted , not to mention other wastages.
Thunderbolts.
