Irreplaceable Icons 8 Months, 2 Weeks ago Karma: 6
Stones:

There are stones but the value of the stones differ. “Pebble” stones are worthless and people do not value them and ignore them if seeing laying on the ground. “Precious” stones are valuable and when seen laying on the ground people not only pick it up and save them, they treasure and value them. Out of the precious stones some are so rare that it is irreplaceable. Rubies, Sapphires, Diamonds and so on are different than pebble stones although both are stones.
As for pebble stones, they are being used on building roads or walls, Great wall of China or Small wall of Burma but no one sane person will build walls or roads with “precious” stones. No one.

Humans:

Some says there are many “Than Shwes” to replace for of course unworthy stones or humans can be found any where and can be replace with abundance. In Burmese language it is said “Paw Paw Pair Pair”, cheap worthless, unworthy abundance with no value or merit or credit at all.

As for Aung San Suu Kyi, she is irreplaceable person for there will not be another Aung San Suu Kyi in this entire world of 6 Billion people to find. She is that much rare, unique and valuable indeed. How about more Senior or Junior (Generals) Than Shwes ? There are many in line to replace him. This is the situation between Aung San Suu Kyi and Than Shwe. Hope people (of 21st Century era) have the wisdom and the sound judgment what is "replaceable" and "irreplaceable" and know/understand the difference between them.

AFTER posting my post, hours later, I stumble upon some links on the Internet that reveal about the International Icon Aung San Suu Kyi to be awarded as “rare” most precious person “alive” on earth by the most prestigious, able, capable and highly qualified institution. The CONGRESS of the United States of America. Is it just a shear coincidence in coincides with this kind of ACT? This is good news for me for what I thought is appropriate has been acknowledged by the highest qualified intellectuals of 21st Century era.
My thoughts are familiar with highly visualized intellectuals indeed. I may be a dreamer BUT I am not the only one for sure. These news proved profoundly.

Here are the links I stumble upon now at this moment.

The House of Representatives pass the Congressional Gold Medal, the highest civilian honor for Daw Aung San Suu Kyi, the rarest of the rare in terms of dignity, courage, dedication, perseverance, persistence, patience, sacrifice and ability for freedom and justice.

I had mention before in this forum that there are only a few, proud, prestigious rare ICONS on this earth that fully deserve the honor of United States Congressional Gold Medal honor. Of course thugs and their associates will not like it for they are jealous of Daw Suu’s ability and courage. All they do is bark at Daw Suu digging all the dirt they can, criticizing all nick necks, making mountains out of moles. Truth is truth for truth cannot be altered or change. Maggots will be maggots and Butterflies will be Butterflies, fools will be fools and Icons will be Icons no matter what

Icons will be icons. Thugs cannot, willnot be icons nor icons cannot, willnot be thugs. This is universal law that no one can deny.
