I THINK THE WORLD SHOULD UNDERSTAND THAT NO JOURNALIST IN HIS RIGHT THINKING WILL WANT TO BE AN AGENT OF DESTRUCTION. MISTAKENLY,STATEMENTS MADE MIGHT HAVE BAND WAGON EFFECT. HOWEVER, JUSTICE SHOULD SHOULD BE TENDERED WITH MERCY FOR PEACE TO REIGN IN ALL NATION (PST RAIM)AKA WISE.

Jounalists' actions are only mirrors of society, they are in. As a journalist here in the Philippines particularly here in Caraga Region where everything including truth from votes during political exercises were being bought by asshole politicians who have vested interests enriching selves from kickbacks is a lonely war for journalist like me. Some colleagues are being bought and if you are not joining they will call you hypocrite! Thanks to Asia Observer whose blog can serve as venue for me to express my predicaments. I know corruption is eating deeply into every society. Well, if Asia is corruption free,then the cankerworm that eats deeply into every political system(of nations)will soon invade the Asian political system (Afghan to Vietnam). Now Corruption is not new to every "COUNTRY" as long as the 'word' corruption exists in dictionary, Know it is not just a mere idealogy but reality. Benstar2008, the world hates the truth.If every man can differentiate truth from fact, then the world including Asia will be a better place. Keep your integrity as a press man burning . THE TRUTH WILL SET YOU FREE

One of the vital issues shied away by journalist around the world are concerns over environment. Here in the Philippines, suppression of journalists by authorities is like a Sword of Damocles. recently authorities warned that any journalists not allowed to cover perceived dangerous events like that of the Peninsula Hotel siege will be arrested.

I am also troubled with what happened to Sayed Perwiz Kambakhsh, 23, a reporter with the Jahan-e Now daily paper after an Afghan court sentenced him to death after he was found guilty of blasphemy.

I think journalists around the World should scrutinize this issue considering the Afghan journalist was only exercising, practicing his profession.

I agree with Wise that no real JOURNALIST IN HIS RIGHT THINKING WILL WANT TO BE AN AGENT OF DESTRUCTION.
