automated voting machine used in US are made here in the Philippines! and Philippines can implement this one?

to a certain extent I agree with you about our governments shortcomings...

but we cannot dwell on that, and make it a reason not to dream of a better life for our country, and pursue that dream to the better or bitter end...

.. we all have, each one of us, have been given every bit of chance to be proud of who we are in various circumstances... it boils down to who takes pride in what/who he is... and contribute to nation building... wherever, whenever...
