R2P to be use against Burma?

The world stand idle by while the "world's only detained noble peace laureate" was, is held hostage for 13 tedious years of mental torturing and now facing jail time (just days away from expiration date of her illegal house arrest) for the stupid laws of Myanmar.

Wherever Senior Paranoid Than Shwe goes, either in Naypyitaw or Yangon, death and destruction follows. This is no fiction, it is a fact. First the Pagoda in Naypyitaw accident occurs and people were killed and injured. Second, now in Dala, Yangon suburb, this pagoda collapse after he pay homage. Is it coincidence? I don’t think so. The blood of the killing of Buddhist monks is still on his hands. What is most depressing is NOT what Than Shwe had done to Burma but what the International Nations cannot do nothing about it. They (foreign powerful nations) know and realize that sanctions alone is not working and yet they kept on doing the same thing over and over again and issuing statements after statements. That’s all.
If the word “discrimination” really had meaning, this Burma situation is the perfect example of it.
So, how can people treasure the western world when they attack Iraq (Afghanistan is different matter) because of a abuse regime and left out Burma. How can they do that? If this is NOT discrimination, then tell me what is?
