The much awaited long weekend on April 5-9, 2007 is coming up in two weeks time. Hurray!

Have you made any plans for spending it?

If you plan to go somewhere, where would it be?
If you think staying at home is better, what do you plan to do?


For me, for sure I'll be spending it with my family because it's Holy Week and we have to observe it as we traditionally do as Catholic Christians. But my friends and I have initially agreed of a daylong out-of-town trip together. Just hope it materializes as planned.

Living in Norway, I will go to our summer house on the west coast. The house was built by my grand parents after they returned to Norway after some difficult years in China in the 1920s and 1930s. Now we use it for our holidays.
It is great, especially to go fishing in the ocean.

Well I need to go to a retreat. Need a boost for my soul. Maybe I'll go to sagada and have a pilgrimage. Recollecting the things I have than last year and enjoy the beauty of the philippines nature.

stormrage10, that's a great idea for the Holy Week! Are you heading off by yourself or are you joining a pilgrim group?

actually Ms. Pokkha I am going with my college campus ministry friends and somepriests and nuns. Hope it will relax me a bit

Woah! Last week was a blast! It was a fun nature tripping and recollection it’s quite short but it was a fruitful one! How about you guys? How's your long weekend?

stormrage10, nice to hear that your plans pushed through. About mine, my friends and I did a visita iglesia as planned. Then I just stayed at home, reflect and rest throughout the long weekend.
