I have told you , the responsibilities of a government is to keep the house clean , to keep it in order. You will hear this time and again if you are still singing this same old song.

I have published the rights and responsibilities of the citizens, in general as you know, You came back to me with responsibilities of the government. As a question , that wasn’t bad. I have answered it as well.

You don't even know your responsibilities for Myanmar. That is if you are a Myanmar , you question the rsponsibilitis of Myanmar government?

I do not think you understand very well about what SPDC is doing or may be you misunderstood them , You are only sating what you want. BTW, are you a citizen of Myanmar, Ko Ba Hein? I know you will say yes. unless other wise. If you say yes, then tell me how responsible you are as a citizen of Myanmar for Myanmar? Would you like to prove it by telling me what your citizenship number is , where was it issued, your Myanmar passport numbers, where it was issued?

If you cannot prove that beyond any reasonable doubt to me. I have to assume
(suspect)that you are not a citizen of Myanmar .

All men/women are equal before the laws of Myanmar or laws of any other country. Theatrically or in literally speaking . You are not wrong. Open your eyes , have a look wider scope, wider angle. The world is not like what you may think. What is happening in Myanmar are happening in other countries, especially former colonial countries, either they are Spanish, French, or British .

Colonialism may be a thing of the past you may like to say. The question is, is it really? Old colonialism is replaced by neo colonialism. That is why when you talk about Myanmar , the past history is important.

Citizen Rights are citizens rights , nothing to do with proven guilty or not. It is true in a sense that he/she has to commit a crime . And has to be proven beyond any reasonable doubt to be punished accordingly.

Any way Myanmar laws are very lenient , very humane, do you know that? Do you know what I mean? You will only know , only when you know the laws of Myanmar.

Before I go any further, let me tell you this. All laws are to protect us. Preventive actions , in military term preamp strike I think . You may be referring to some people being detained in Myanmar , if I am not wrong. To give you the answer you are looking for , I can tell you in short that , there are millions of people all over the world in many countries , who are detained without charges, without proofs of being innocent or guilty. If you can read , then why don’t you read Amnesty International’s, Human Rights watch’s and some other NGO’s reports, you will know.

Some people said your IQ is very low. I did not want to go that far. If I tell you that your knowledge is very limited , you may not like it but that is absolutely true, you knowledge is very, very, very limited almost none. You view is one sided, narrow scope.

As a matter of fact , we must admit that there are many things that we do not know in this world. So we all are, in one way or the other “ ignorant ”.
If I have to leave you as you are, as an ignorant, I would be irresponsible person. Can you accept that? We have to search , search and search and educate ourselves. We went to, school, college or university. The so called education there are only the basis , one higher than the other , but we learn from the world as we live. Only when we left education centres and step into the world , there we pick up real education. That is why in many developed nations, school children are sent to the fields during summer holidays for work experience, which is not a paying job. That’s for experience only, to learn about the real world.

In one of the Myanmars stories, “ Phar Talone Ghoung Jar ”a King roamed alone around his country to learn about his subject, about his country on his own. Law Ka A Kyaung Thi Goung Zayar . If you don’t know about the world you are an ignorant. Am I making it clear for you Ko Ba Hei? No offence.

A country has a many laws as they like . They can amend their laws as necessary . They can enact new laws as necessary. Depends on circumstances, as situation demanded.
If there are laws which are no good . not necessary, out of date, you don’t like and so on, Parliament(( Hluttaw) is the only place you can amend it , scrap it , abolish it.
Every constitution in every country allows it .Myanmar is no exception in the past or in the future. .

To be able to tackle the laws, either first you have to get yourself into the Parliament as MP, or you have to approach the member of Parliament and submit your suggestion, regarding the law. That is how democracy works Ko Ba Hein.

When you started talking about laws, may I ask how many laws in Myanmar do you know? How many laws of any other countries or the country you are residing do you know, to compare with the laws of Myanmar? Be honest to yourself Ko Ba Hein for your own sake.

Have you been to other country or have you study some of their laws? I doubt it.
Criminal laws, civil laws, evidence law, emergency laws, acts, penal code, criminal procedure code , arms act, excise act , dangerous drug act, foreign currency act , this act, that act etc. ett. And so on never ending.

I will tell you what, if all laws are to be up hold, you can’t even fart . I bet you on this Because you are polluting the air which is a danger to health of others. You may be a public nuisance. All those who breath in your smelling fart around you will give evidence against you. The authority will check your arse hole and prove you are the person who farted, beyond reasonable doubt.

In many democratic countries, where human rights / citizen rights are said to be fully honoured , they have enacted laws, not to smoke on any public transports , in any public places , not to drink on the road, not to drink while driving , not to use mobile phones while driving , not to litter on the road etc., etc., etc.

Do you know about that? You are talking about citizen rights , until proven guilty. You are talking a load of rubbish I told you.

Even you are taking part in political rallies, or in a protest or in a demonstration, do you know what you can do what you cannot do? DO you know the laws covering thes rallies, protests and demonstrations? Why don ‘t you find out by yourself some times. For your own good.

People’s right in Burma ( Myanmar ) what’s wrong with them? Majority of the people of Myanmar out of 57 million is enjoying, their rights according to what the government can afford.

Everybody has his or her responsible and duties, to perform. You are right in saying soldiers, butchers postman etc.etc. But if those individuals are not doing what they are supposed , if they are not doing their duties right, somebody has to take their place, their responsibilities, and perform the duties accordingly.

If you are a family man, your duty, your wife, your son and your daughter , they have to do their part as a family members. Don’t say they are to do what they want, that is their human right. Even to say that, you have become irresponsible person. Do you know that . You cannot control your family, you cannot put your house in order, your house is in chaos. If you run away from your responsibilities , what will that make you Ko Ba Hein, have you thought of that?

Do not expect the world is free from Alodaw Yis and Boot lickers. Show me one country where there is not Alowdawyi or Boot lickers. Don’t worry about others just behave yourself, be a good boy.

How many arse lickers and Alodawyi around NLD and its leaders. These words go both ways, to everybody . Who are licking whose arse you don’t know. Some people are even licking American arses, British arses without any shame.

These are nothing Ko Ba Hein the world As I have said before if you open your eyes wide open you will see. But if your eyes are wide shut. I can’t help you, I don’t think anybody can help you.

I pity you Ko Ba hein, I really am. What you are doing is “ Wlon Shey Ne Thein Yan “. Remember what you yourself said in the beginning, “ Unless proven for committed crime, all are equal before the LAWS. “

Do you have any proof, any evidence against anybody in particular?

Is that all ? No, that is not all , Myanmars came our and claimed as political asylum , claim as refugees. Telling the same old tall stories , nothing new. When they are allowed to settles or resides, they don’t even go to the front of Myanmar embassies to protest or demonstrate, they don’t want to know anything any more. They are doing their best to earn money to send back to their parents, because their parents have debts up to their necks, to send then abroad . They are working hard no doubt. They don’t have time to scratch their itchy bums, let alone to go and protest , demonstrate. As soon as they get their permit to stay and work, they have done their duty. That is the only reason they came out , they used the opposition , the opposition used them, in the end the loser is the opposition.

The soldiers responsibilities are to protect the nation and innocent people from any internal or external dangers. The innocent people should not associate with the criminals, they should not get involve in the act of guilty people , They should stay away from them.

Monks should do what the monks should do. They should know what their responsibilities are. They should not get involve in anything, where they should not. Wrong time in wrong place is dangerous for all. There are many innocent people killed even they are in right place in their own home in their own villages, doing their own business. Are you one of the arse lickers?

The rights of the people of Myanmar are denied by NLD and its supporters. Say people like you. Now people of Myanmar realised that, that is why they are staying away , farther and farther away from NLD.
