There is a Myanmar saying, " Mi Aye Na Khar Nar " . For thosw who do not know the whole story is this, a girl called Ma Aye was raped by her entrusted friend of her boy friend, to see if she is fit for his friend. After she was raped for the first time, she repeatet about that event back to her boy friend. He said to her that she was stupid enough to let him do that. So next time when she met the boy who raped her she told him what her boy friend told her. Telling the boy how bad he was. So the boy said, if that is the case he had to take all his wrongs back which he put in her. She let him do it, and he did it again.
That was how Ma Aye was twice abused by this boy. That's why all Myanmars need to come out of being ingnorant. Sometimes or many times these simplicity and honesty are look at weakness by the wild cats.
Most Myanmar people are very simple and honest . That everybody knows. Some clever people taken this simplicity and honesty as their advantages and exploited the people, politically , economically, and socially.
The Myanmar people are still simple and honest doing their business , without paying too much attention what is going around them . So they did it,
" Phyi, Pyi Yaw or Pyi Za Lwe " They don't think about the outcome, about the consequences. They put their trust, in this case NLD.( The very clever boy)
But they found out NLD is not to their expectation. Nld could deliver nothing. Calling economic sanctions and supporting making people lives unbarable.
Ma Su Kyi never been to national schools and she studied at Christian missionary schools in Myanmar and abroad. as one of the elites, upper crust. Since Ma Su Kyi married to the Ingalate Michael Aris. her feet never touch the ground. Because she always travelled on a bicycle. The people found out that NLD leader Ma Su Kyi is one of those Kabyars who thinks they are above all Myanmars in Myanmar. While they were living in Myanmar and having Myanmar rice with Ngapi. They put Myanmar at the bottom of the society. Later they said Ngapi is stink.
" don't be fooled by NLD twice " is the advice. How much will the people heed this advice nobody know. Can the people think freely?
Democracy and human rights as covers , the people were fooled by NLD . Some of us know that. Democracy is nothing to do with right or wrong, we know .
Human right is not for the right for some people to interfere in other peoples' affairs, to undermind thers, to manipulate , to control others or else.
All Myanmar should know aht is Freedom. what is Independenc, what is a Sovereign nation.
When they know three three things, they will never be raped by any one , not by NLD not by SPDC, not by US, not by UK or any others.
The New Constitution as you have rightly stated, is the best of allconstitutions in Myanmar. Yhere may be better one in future, when things get better, when situiation get better, when people have better awareness on political, economical and social matters, when people started seeing things crystal clear, their minds are better, no more confusion.
In the mean time there must be comebody who is incharge, there must be somebody who sould take charge and eho should be in control and who can control and guide and put the people on the right track.
It is the people that matters most. But they need guidence. You can meditate at home by yourself, but you still need guidence to do it better.
Yes we have to wait and see.
