Peace in Mindanao Government and rebel negotiators in the Philippines have agreed to expand a Muslim autonomous region in the country's south. The agreement follows secret talks in Malaysia between government officials and representatives from the Moro Islamic Liberation Front (MILF), Hermogenes Esperon, a senior adviser to the Philippine president, told reporters
