All animals are wild animal including man as one of animal species. They are born free. Some of the wild animals are domesticated by man and man takes away their freedom with all the excuses, and all the reasons. These so called wild animals, no matter how wild they are in the wild and how free they are in the wild or as domesticated animal, they have their own disciplines. These discipline are with them since they were born as nature, nothing to do with the trainings by man. Man train them to do other things. Because of that some animals lost some of their own disciplines.

The so called wild animals have no written laws, rules , regulation, and procedures, yet they know the dos, and the don’ts , they follow their disciplines. But human are not like animals. Human cannot be stop by anything they do anything as they please. , they don’t respect anything , or any one.

It may be funny enough to say, but the truth is when talk about ‘discipline’ some people(human) don’t even like it, don’t like to be disciplined. Sad to say, among them many are so called Myanmars.

According to those who studied the animals , the wild animals have discipline of their own or which man has nothing to do with man. Again no matter how they are trained and domesticated by man , all animals never gone out of their own discipline .

One thing is , ‘the mating’ . They have their own mating season. They don’t mate if its not the season. This particular discipline is so greatly and strictly observe by most animals . When it come to the season some animal as they are wild , they gone more wild , could not control themselves they mate with their own mother, own sisters own blood relatives.

Besides, animals do not mate with other animal species only human mates with other human species. Man may be training the wild animals other things, man has no discipline of his own. In this regard, man mates 24/7. Human call themselves they are superior beings , they are better than animals. Nobody can argue with that.

Though man is a kind of animal as some believe, man is different from animal in many ways, man is super animal, with most creative power. Man controls the other animals, Man rulee over them and take away their freedom. Man treats some other man the same as they treat other animals. Man is the master of all animals, some call man “ beast master ”.

My title of this article, how does it sound? “this is not a mating season,”? This is not a mating call. It is absolutely not a call for an orgy, or a call for Free for all parties. This is a call for our people to get together and to work together , for the progress and developments for themselves, for their people and their nation, to take the meaningful and right actions.

RUM will be a little bit noisy in the coming months. Just like a million of Wildebeests, and Zebras crossing the Serengeti plain on yearly migration for greener pasture.
Myanmars leaders will be looking for greener pastures for their people as well , where are they going to lead them to ?

Because of elections and political parties are launching election campaign. How much noisy, we don’t know. All political parties should have their campaign through Radio, TV , in the news papers and magazines, depends how much they can afford. Discipline of some kind will be helpful. This discipline will come out of ‘ common sense ’.

Let them know from the start, from the beginning that all Freedom have their costs. Let them know, Freedom is not Free, Freedom is not Free Loading, Freedom is not Free riding . No free publicity, no free advertising, no free campaign.

The party political campaign should be the policy of the party for the future of RUM, and its people , how it plans to built the nation , and secure it. How it is going to have Peace and Stability in the country , it’s economic policy, social policy, foreign policy etc.

Political parties are responsible for their followers to show that democracy and freedom is not lawlessness, not chaos .

It should not be how to behead those who don’t support them, it should not be how to impale those they don’t like. It should not be telling the people to rise up and kill each other, if they don‘t agree or don’t accept. It should not be anything personnel like in the past , or personnel attacks on other individuals.

Especially in democracy, “ mutual respect ” is a necessity. “Agree to disagree” is common ground, and to be observed.

If we study the near past. This discipline was nowhere to find. All hell broke lose, and everything happened. It should be the policy which matters the people and the nation, the issues the problems of the whole . It should be for National Reconciliation, National Unity , for peace and stability , progress developments prosperity of the people and the nation.

No matter either one party Government or coalition Government . One party state or multiparty state democracy state, if you love yourself, your people, and your country your common sense will tell you what to do or what not to do.

RUM has its own history like everybody has. This history has lessons to learn. Outside involvements or domestic internal problems. You are you and your country belongs to you, and your people.

Many people still talk about violent actions taken by the security forces against so called protesters, demonstrators. They don’ talk about why. Nobody talk about the criminals , about lawless people, about looters and destructive elements who were beheading , killing and burning people alive .

These lawless people were lynching those who they dislike. These lawless people ere header and encouraged by leaders of the now defunct NLD. These criminals and these leaders still need to be put on trial for the crimes they committed during that period, unfortunate events.

These same leaders from defunct NLD are responsible for the people and the nation of Myanmar being legged behind, not progressing or developing as much as it should be. These leaders are guilty for making people and the nation of Myanmar to little people and little country. Un necessary suffering of the people at present , ill treating and torturing them by calling for economic sanctions and other punitive actions against RUM, and the generation to come.

These events or criminal acts are also recorded by the world media. The actually criminals and some leaders have escaped and are living in US, UK and Australia, Norway and Republic of Ireland. They dare not even live in Thailand . Normally Thailand is the country which gives sanctuary to these criminals.

Shall we say, there are lots of things to talk about. Never ending. Positive and negative things. Nobody is right . Nobody is wrong. Things have happened. Nobody is innocent nobody is guilty as a compromise. And get on with our life. Which means the life of our people, our nation. Otherwise faced the “ total destructions ”, nobody will escape, nobody will be the winner, everybody will be losers.

Tharaykhittayar was destructed because of “Nga Zagaw Sit ” . No foreign armies invaded , no foreign or domestic enemies US , British, Chinese or Russians, but own conscience, and inferiority complex destroyed that Naing Gan Daw . That was nowhere else, but in Myanmar. Nobody can put any blame on anybody else, but ourselves Myanmars .

We have learned a lot of lessons. Some parts of the history are not to be repeated, should not be repeated .

As far as new political parties are concern, the new leaders are concerned, the interviews they gave, is not very encouraging. They are just like those who woke up from bed, half asleep. They don’t know what they are saying, they don’t know what to say.

I am not surprise, nothing shock me, but only sad . Because what I am experiencing ,what I am seeing in this and other discussion forums, those who oppose SPDC , simply don’t know what to say, they simply don’t know what to talk about. How to make healthy conversation. Their standard are low, they lower themselves, using low language .


Myanmars have their noisy months. According to Myanmar Calendar, one particular month which is the month of ‘Taw Tha Lin ’ a month before, “ Tha Din Gyut.” To Christian Calendar its is around September a month before October. The roads and streets are filled with stray dogs, barking, biting, fighting and howling , to have a chance to mate. It is a mating season for dogs and bitches.

After the “ Tha Din Gyut ” full moon day, social freedom arrives, human young people fall in love or get married, according to tradition ,according custom.

I only hope, the coming months are noisy , and te months after are to fall in love and for happy marriages. There is something different between the human and the dogs. If, that is only if you know. Human don’t produce bastards, especially in the Myanmar society , but the dogs do. If Myanmar human society is changing towards the worse, that is hard luck.

Soc.culture.Myanmar discussion forum is also a noisy forum. But these noises are not much of people talking sense, discussions , debating for the progress , and for the developments of the people of Myanmar and their nation, but for other reasons.

It could be said., many people in the forum are like those dogs in Taw Tha Lin, the mating season of the dogs, barking, biting, fighting and howling , to have a chance to mate.

Who is the bitch I don’t know, for one particular bitch or for other bitches. But the noise are too much , the dogs are too many , the bitch or bitches are in hell. In the end when puppies come out, nobody knows who the father is or the fathers are They are all bastards as their own fathers and own mothers.

To use their own words and language , they are the so called Ma -aye- lo. Komay ko lo, or in English , they are the mother fuckers and sisters fuckers. They think others are the same like them. But what they don’t realised is that their own usage and language is showing who and what class of being they belong to. So it is no more than noises, not even voices of human being.

Other people cannot have sensible talk, other cannot have sensible discussions, they cannot have sensible debate, not even healthy conversation for the benefit of the people and the nation.

These stray dogs are too much , that is too bad. They claim they are Myanmars, may be but I doubt it. Some of them already confessed or admitted that they are not Myanmars.

Even the dogs in other western countries are not stray dogs, They are thorough bred , they are train and disciplined. Myanmar dogs are different . Are we Myanmars human like them or just Myanmars dogs are like them?

We should report it to RSPCA., to do something about these stray dogs. Or we have to do it ourselves. In many countries these stray dogs are to be captured and make into animal food to feed the wild animals in the zoo. Some of them which are suspected of carrying rabies are not even fed to animals but put them down, destroy them and burn them. All stray dogs carry rabies, more or less.

We have to work together with RSPCA to take care of these dogs, to get id of these stray dogs. RSPCA cannot handle them alone. If the next government is to be successful government , all those in it must work together and get rid of the stray dogs.

Mating has its season. All animals observe their season, though they do make some unbearable noises during their season . Mating is not everyday every night, every hour , every minute.

Over doing is harmful to oneself and to others . It annoys others , it disturbs others . Its counter productive. For this, the known words are “extremism or militancy” . Unacceptable by every society. If there are time to be angry, there are time to be calm down . You should not carry this anger throughout your life, its unhealthy, it will only do you harm than good.

There are those who wants to be heroes, but they don’t know how. Heroes are heroes, vagrants cannot be heroes , they cannot be leaders?

After the elections , there will be a government, Those who are elected and who are not should know what they have to do, their task for the people, for the nation. After the election day the duty of the people does not end there . They have to support the government they elected all the way. The people must make them work.

Lastly, not the least, mating is for Lust, not for Love. Lust for power is not desirable. Simply because Lust has nothing to do with love. Loving somebody, loving the people , and loving the Nation.

For the Love of the people, for the Love of the nation. Love has to be put in the right place. You must know how to love .

You may say , this is a strange title. Some might say it is rude. In Australia one call another ‘mate’, rude or polite depends how one uses it , how one takes it.

Republic of Union of Myanmar is about to have elections, to have a New National Government , elected by the people, for the people. Possibly a coalition government of some political parties and Tatmadaw delegates. These Delegates may not be elected by the people, but nobody can say they will not be working for the people.

Tatmadawmen and women have been working for the people and the nation. There are progress and developments if anybody cares to have a good look. The need of the people and the nation are so much , whatever any government have done or doing is never enough for the people and for the nation.

Not to mention that the people have more want than what they need., if not greed.

Tatmdaw in one form or the other have been working for the people since 1958 , the task to govern the nation was given by the then Peoples’ Parliament. Revolutionary Council took over 1962, and then in 1974 BSPP government was elected by the people . But for the last 22 years, the military led government, SLORC and SPDC were not elected by the people, yet they are not rejected by all people neither. Because though they were neither elected nor rejected , they are working for the people and the nation.

A Government may not be elected by the people, but if a government is working for the people. And for the nation people should be happy and glad about it. Bare in mind that not all the governments of the nation in the world are elected by their people.

In May, 2008, a New Constitution was approved by the people in a referendum In Myanmar . Of course their were some who did not approved it. Who were they ? They were usual crowd, usual mob. Whatever anybody has done, they are never happy, they are always prepared and ready to disapprove, if not disrupt. That is normal. There will always be some one like that. The government and the people have to over come them in time. Myanmars has come a long way. We can go back to the previous pages for revision, then only we will know how far we have come, and how far we have to go yet.

The aiming objects of this New Constitution is National Reconciliation, National Unity, of all National races of Myanmar to be as one people . The nation of Myanmars to be a modern development industrialise one Nation of Myanmars .

Who is objecting, who is disrupting, who is making difficult for Myanmars to materialise these. Not the people with sound mind. Because the leaders have laid down the right policies, they laid down the right path , because they are doing the right thing some people got jealous, who wants to take credit , who wants to lay down the carpet. And sit on it after the Tatmadaw have done a dirty and difficult job.

Now we are going to have an election, we expect to have more people in the government 75 percent of them at least, which is better than none. These 75 percent must proof themselves they are worthy citizens.

These 75 percent and 25 percent Tatmadaw delegates in the respective parliaments will be something like matrimony, for better or for worse, rich or poor, in sickness, or in health, till do us part. It means for life. It does not mean to kill each other to have one of us have a quick death.

The very fact is, in a nation such as Myanmar, in every national race, must realise that they are part of the people, they are part of the nation. There are nationalists in every national race, some have extreme views, militants they can be called racists. They are minority. If these some people are not control . Republic of Union of Myanmar will not be beautiful , it will be very ugly. It could be said, these extreme views, these militant, they can become very violent. All these are counter productive. After all we all are not only Myanmars, but human beings.

According to , Isaac Newton, “ every action has its equal and opposite reactions.” if that is true, that is , how shall I out it, That is the continuations of our suffering.

We are seeing over two thousand year old conflicts in the Palestine. Some of us Myanmars are not making anything better then them.

Many people will say many things , including make believe stories. At the end of the day, you are the one who has to face and confront the realities, not those many who say many things. They will manipulate you, undermine you. In the end you don’t own yourself , they own you.

The best is to use your own common sense. That is, if you have one. There is no such thing as b “ rent a common sense, or a common sense to hire.

It is not much of the people inside, but people from outside don’t like this government (SPDC) , they may have many other reasons, but the main reason is , they cannot undermine or manipulate this SPDC or Military Government or any other government in future Republic of Union of Myanmar . This SPDC Government has more common sense.

AFPFL, Pa Hta Sa, RC, BSPP, SLORC, and now SPDC. There are those, who do not like any of these governments . Self imposed military or not, people elected or not, those who are against any government will be against any government at any time, for any reasons if not excuses. There is not even one government which has or not facing
any opposition. Opposition and destructive elements are different.

In the past United States built the nation after defeating the natives, annihilated crushed them totally. The making of USA is very interesting for me. American also had to go through North and South civil war. North had to annihilate, crushed the South as well.

To secure this Great nation, to defend this nation the American leaders are doing what they have to do , they will go to any length . Making themselves strong and powerful , They will not wait for the enemies to come to them , they will go out and meet the enemies anywhere before they reach USA, and destroy them. Guts and determination, based on ‘who dares win ’. American leaders don’t care anybody, whoever say what.

Government of USA is not elected BY the people, but that government is surely FOR the people. may look like, elected by the people, it is not. For the people means to make the people happy inside the country, whatever the government doing outside , some people may not like it or approve it, but not many people complain, because they the majority are happy with their life .

Besides, Government always frighten the people with , with foreign enemies, visible or invisible. Bringing in ‘Pearl Harbour’ as un provoke attacks. USA believes in freedom , including funding , arming anybody’s enemy , supporting any conflicts . It is better, and is cheaper for USA to actually enter and physically involve in conflicts , siding with one or the other . USA let the parties in the conflicts getting weak , politically, economically and socially weak and in the end USA destroy both parties.

When Europe was at war, USA was funding and arming the British and its friends.
Today, everybody can see, which countries USA is funding and arming, and what for USA will say anything, and do anything to justify itself.

Republic of Union of Myanmar is a country like USA used to be. It needs to be a Great Nation. It has to start from somewhere. The country has been on its own as Free Independent Sovereign Nation for the last 62 years . But it has not come to be a Great Nation yet for many reasons. Our leaders have been calling for Unity for all these years . But some quarters have their own ideas. They want to be little people as they are not Great People . We may not like to be called we Myanmars, individually are little people. How little they are they don’t even know. They think their big words will make them big.

In the example I gave above, about USA. People can learn how USA became Great Nation. Because , the people are Great, they built their country to a Great nation, after they had to go through what the Myanmars are going through . =====

This is a call for National Reconciliation, and for National Unity. This is not a mating call , which come in the mating season, among animal society. Mating is mating lust for something, but not for, love .

I would like to talk a little bit about wild animals as well, because many believe we human are one of the animal specie. So it is the most relevant to talk about wild animals, their behaviours or their nature to compare with our human’s nature.

Shall I say, the one that got away ? Who deserves to be on trial , for crimes against humanity , and for launching the slow death for the people at present and for the next generation in RUM ?

What is the meaning of ‘crimes against humanity’ ? Is it econoic sanctions on one country ? Is it economic blockades against one country? Is it the necessary actions taken against terrorists , rebels and insurgents ? How far can any one go to defend and protect his own people and his own nation, and his own way of life, and most of all, to be FREEDOM, JUSTICE, FAIR, and EQUALITY for all?

In the past in United Sates itself, in Korea , Vietnam, to present day Afghanistan and in Iraq , for the death of civilians, women, children ,old and sick , all those killed are sweep under the carpets of Terrorism .

Are these crimes against humanity ? Are these war crimes? Are these that religious persecutions and are these ethnic cleansing ?

Well it depends, who you are and how you look at them.
When religious war called Crusade was launched , It was a series of military expeditions organised by the Christian powers of western Europe against the Muslim power towards the end of 11 th century.. The details are in the books of knowledge.

From there Crusades went on as colonisations , expansions of Christianity over other religions by crook or by hooks , many Hindus, and Buddhist in one way or the other converted to Christians, especially the animists hill tribes people.
This crusade is not ended yet, its still going on., Today Crusade is not only for Jerusalem, or against Salah Haddine , it is against anyone who is against the West led by United States of America.

The leaders of those nations, who are defending and protecting their nation and their people from any enemy domestic or foreign are accused of being tyrants, committing war crimes, crimes against humanity, and ethnic cleansing.

For the Republic of Union of Myanmar to day or Myanmar Naing Gan daw in the past as Kingdom of it own, and had its own rulers was not exceptional or escaped from these kind of accusations.

It was in 1866, August 2 nd, the assassins led by none other than Myin Gunn Prince,
( Ko Myo Aye), in their failed attempted coupe against King Mindon and Crowned Prince Kanoung . He was protected by the British and France in India and then in Saigon .

The same as they are protecting Mrs Aris today in Yangon, who failed many coupe attempts, against the so called military rulers of Myanmar . The foreign countries don’t want Mrs Aris in any of their countries, because it is a great burden.
They don’t want her ended up like Myin Gunn( Myo Aye ) in their land without accomplishing her work. Which is to get rid of the military establishment, which is not in favour of the west.

Why was Kanoung Prince killed by Myin Gunn ? Simple answer is because Kanoung was doing his duty , preparing to defend the rest of his country from the British.

Why are some people after Than Shwe ? Simple answer is he is doing his duty , defending and protecting the people, and the nation from falling into the hands of foreign powers.

There is one who did not get away, in Myanmar. It was the assassin U Saw ( Galon), he was alright all along with the British and the Americans as well. He was even made Prime Minister of Myanmar.

But he had made one little mistake. That was, he had a nice chat with the Japanese before the Japanese invasion of Myanmar in 1941. He was held in Prison together with U Tin Htut in Uganda on his way back from England.

Ko Aung San brought Japanese to Myanmar, great embarrassment for the British . The great Empire had to retreat to Imphal (India). U saw had chats with the Japanese . U Tin Htut was a little bit extra . The fact was he was with U Saw as his secretary.
All three of then disappeared from Myanmar and from the earth, with a litle bit of extras..

In the beginning I said, “ the one that got away ”. Those who are protected by the west can do anything including , crimes against humanity, war crimes, ethnic cleansing, etc., etc.,

How many “ ones ” have got away in the past , and at present? The world history is full of it. But who wants to know the world history , why, what for ? If you are really interested, you can look at the world any way you want it, anything you want it and you are looking for. Fair or not, just or not, equal of not is ‘you ‘ who will decide, depends on ‘you’ how fair, and how just you are. Equality ? What does it mean?

We have look ate some Myanmar leaders our leaders in our own way , from our own angles. But some other people look at our leaders and all other leaders in different way. Most of them look down on them, and wants to put them down . As if there was nothing these leaders did was right, nothing they did was good.

The West always tries to control the world, and other world leaders in many ways. It has become normal, and the world is immune to them. That is what they were expecting, the more the world ignore the west, the west will do anything they want.

There is a story about a girl who was swallowed up by the snake inch by inch. Each time the complained her mother said, because the snake loves her. In the end the girl was no where to be found.

That kind of mother still exist in RUM today. Worst is that mother herself married a snake and asking other snakes to swallow RUM and its people. She is preparing and ready to surrender the nation of Myanmars and the people to the snakes. Besides , she always look at things from negative sides, she is a pessimist in her own way on Myanmar and its leaders.

Having said that, to look at things and people from negative angle , we will see only negative things. She herself is weak in many ways, she has her negative side as well.

Let us look at her father from the negative side. That negative side was from the angle of the British when they were in Myanmar . Warrant was issued by the British for the arrest of Ko Aung San . Other leaders were arrested and put into prisons,( not house arrest ).

If you had asked me who was the most, impolite, rudest , vulgar politician, or the leader in RUM, my answer would be ,“ Gen. Aung San , Bogyoke Aung San, Ko Aung San, the murderer.”

Well , you can look into his story, or profile , listen to his speeches . You will know what I mean. After his death , there was nobody , no leader who was as rude as him .
I heard with my own ears former NLD, leaders have been swearing, using abusive language, strong language at the Tatmadaw men.(SPDC)

“ Yaine Yaine Pyaw Mha Mhat Mi De ”, “ Phar The Nainggan Phyit Thwer Mee” “Ahnhit Nha Sse Laut -Pye Ne Kwe Nay Oung Lote Mha ” were Ko Aung San own words, if not exact words. He said in front of people, monks , and nuns and those who are fit enough to be his parents, grand parents. Could be said that he had no respect to anybody those in front of him, and in the nation.

I am just looking the negative side of Ko Aung San, from my negative angle. I have nothing personnel grudge, against Ko Aung San, nothing at all. He is just another Myanmar hero for me . Right or wrong he was my leader . He was not a Saint, he was just a man. I just bring him out to compare with others leaders of Myanmar. To see what is what . Black is black and white is white . Which means to see things clearly, as they are, with naked eyes.

If, and only of the British could have touched him he would not survived till 19 th July 1947, he could and would have gone long, before that like Galon Saya San from Tharyawaddy.

What is to remember is the West always tried on Myanmar leaders,, because there are many Myanmar traitors. They are betraying their own people, they are betraying ntheir own country. A betrayer will be always a betrayers, they will be uses, but nobody will trust the, the will be wasted in the end.

That is the way the British saw, Ko Aung San , U Saw and U Tin Htut at the time.

As I have said above , the west never look up, upon our leaders, s freedom fighters, liberators, who defends and protects their people and their country . The West always look down on others leaders , including our leaders, our rulers , our Kings and our Queens as tyrants. They never praised them but condemned them, always.

Some supposed to be Myanmars, follow one saying, that is, “ if you cannot beat them , join them,” . That is what they are doing, they cannot beat the west, so they are joining the west and condemning our leaders.

The question is , how long will these who join the west will last ? They are at the mercy of the west. They can disappear at any time at a click. Like U Saw was, like Saddam Hussein was .

Ko Aung San , General Aung San was one of our Myanmar leaders. He is one of the heroes of Myanmar . But , the sad thing is . He has been treated, over respected by many of our own people . Ko Aung San became God or Saint for some. They worship him, as if there were no other Myanmar leaders or no other Myanmar heroes in Myanmar.

Ko Aung San was one of the Myanmar leaders, he did not escaped from condemnation , criticism from the west. First thing is he made himself friend or ally of the Japanese, which was the enemy of the west. Second he was a socialist, which was the enemy of the capitalists. Third was his cousins and colleges were either socialists or communists .

According to the west, and their sympathisers, No matter how much we love him, or adore him , Ko Aung San was a viper in their pouch . He must be destroyed at a first chance.. According to them, Aung San does not know what loyalty is . He was a digger with double blades. He was rude , impolite, vulgar , a murderer. Manh Myanmars also believe his as that . These Myanmars conspired with the British to finish him off. For majority of Myanmar , everyone forgave him , he was a hero. British Government of that time in Myanmar dared not touch him for the murder which was said that he committed. Though there were eye witnesses, proofs and evidences. Governor turned blind eyes. No, ICC.

If Ko Aun San did not deny or confessed the case .No need to . British could not touch him. If only there was necessary enquiry, and necessary investigation. he may be guilty, he may be innocent . But it never came to that . All washed away , because he was The Aung San , the General Aung San, the leader of Myanmar, who was above the laws.

Who can forgive who? Buddhism say nobody can for give anybody . Christian also say the similar thing . Ko Aung San may have been forgiven by the people. He may have been the one who got away prosecutions. Is it fair to say , he was the one that got who else?

But for the sins he committed, he had to pay the price so dearly. In his circle of lives, how many sins had he committed . We don’t know. They all piled up. His death in 1947 was not a natural death, he was killed, brutally. In Myanmar it was called “ Athay Zoe or Thay Jin Zoe ” a Bad Death , very bad. Buddhists believe this is due to all his bad deeds , sins, in the past and present all build up. Buddhists say, that was “Uppisayda Kan ”.

What about Jesus Christ who founded Christianity . Ko Aung San and Jesus Christ both became martyrs. But Ko Aung san is not worship by anybody, including Myanmars, but Jesus is. Myanmar Buddhists know, why it happened to Ko Aung San.
He will be remember as a one of the heroes, that’s all .not as a God. or mini God, or son of God . If Ko Aung San was not a Myanmar , not a Buddhist would anybody be calling him as son of God, and worshiping him the way the are doing to Jesus? But the daughter of Ko Aung San is also being worshiped by some.

If you are a Myanmar, and a Buddhist. You will be advised by knowledgeable people , should not worship any Buddha in a glass house , put on the alter . Because there were many Buddhas, before Gautama. You have to chose the one which suits you.

Idol worshiping is bad enough, not everybody can avoid that yet. In Myanmar , “Pokko Khin Mha Tayar Min,”, and in the west it says , “ not what you know, but who you know ” . We have to make these saying changed. We must change accordingly.
We have to try from now.

Today some people are talking about who deserve to be on trial, on charges of this and that. Who are they talking about. Are they talking about who are not American, who are not English, who are not white European ? Are the American, English and European so bloody innocent and all others are guilty?

Myanmars have to go a long way. They need to go together. They are the ones who will have to build their country, their life by themselves. They cannot hire contractors, they cannot afford. If they keep on hiring contractors, they will never know how to build their own country.

This message of mine is especially intended to educate some Myanmars , in this and in other forums. , and not to be “ ignorant ”. I hope you understand why my messages are a little bit longer, if not much. Some of you may see a mile if I show you an inch. but it others are not like you . They won’t se beyond their eye lashes. As you already know our IQ, intelligent level are not the same , our knowledge are not he same , it is impossible to come short to the point. To make these ignorant understand my messages have to be long .

At the same time I am facing difficulties, to make these people understand more , because they have no basis knowledge because they are ignorant. This is not my story but you my Myanmar Myo Chits, Patriots and friends are the very witnesses on this and other sites, the attitude, the behaviours and level of IQ and everything of these ignorant people. It shows or telling us how far we Myanmars still need to go yet, whoever will be the government in RUM, the ignorant will remain ignorant. The question is how many of them are there inside RUM?

At least, I am trying my way to help them to see, both sides, of every thing.

I would like to try and say this to some people. I don’t know how they will understand me. “ As long as you are here being ignorant, they will be there. They are there not because they are clever, they are there because you are ignorant. As long as you exist, they will exist. They are there , because you are here. If you don’t change, they will not change. You two are made for each other. Because of you, they have to be there. If you don’t want them there , you have to change, your attitude, your behaviour, including your ways of thinking and doing things . They will do the same .

Any form of extremism, militancy will not serve any one. How will you measure the winners and losers. The winners and losers can not be measured by body counts.

The most important thing now is as a Myanmar, are you prepared and ready to work together with other Myanmars for your nation, and for your people of Myanmars ?
You have been talking too much about rich and poor. It seems like you can’t bare to see the rich, or the poor. What are you doing about it , are you doing something ?

Are you a Communist, do you support Communism, come out to the open. Don’t worry for the time there is no communist witch hunt. The west is alright with communist. They know too well they cannot defeat communists or communism yet. They cannot beat them , so hey are joining hem. .

Do you want to take over Myanmars and establish Communist Government? Do you think and believe yourself that you can do better. Then Democracy may be helpful. Communist can come to power through democratic elections. But you got to be in it, to win it.

What is happening in RUM, the process of democratisation of RUM. Elections are parts of democratisation . You also have to be a part of it. You have to make it work. Say, this is something, which is better than nothing. There may be rooms to improve, when situations and circumstances get better, and better .

Are you a terrorists, do you believe and accept terrorism. In other words, it may be violent . Are you a racist, are you a religious fanatic, what are you ? Anyone of them can not be accepted

Besides, are you the one that got away ?

After an employee of a Calhoun Street laundry posted a “No Burmese allowed sign” on the door this spring, the Anderson-based Ricker Oil Co. agreed to a $2,500 settlement that is being used to educate the community about a refugee community that has swelled to 5,000 people, and probably more.

But what about the Burmese? Don’t they need to be better-educated about how to live in Fort Wayne? reporters asked as company officials presented the check to Burmese representatives and others in April. The fact that Mayor Tom Henry, Ricker officials and others tripped over themselves to avoid the question didn’t make it any less legitimate.

The sign, after all, was not a product of racism as much as it was a clueless, overly broad and obviously illegal response to provocations no business could or should tolerate: spitting and other non-hygienic behaviours that may be acceptable in refugee camps, but not in Fort Wayne.

Are we Myanmars becoming unwanted, undesirable people in the world It looks like it according to this news and many others.

Because they are well known as some of the big liars. Uneducated, unskilled.
Refugees is more business than a genuine problem . It is human trafficking lucrative business, next to illegal drugs. Out of 1000 so called refugees , there may be one who is a genuine .

Most Burmese (Myanmar) refugees from rich and wealthy parents , are not like boat people from other countries such as Vietnam, China or Haiti. The Burmese refugees are the richest. They left Myanmar with legal passports, they fly to other countries on a jet plane, passing through relative countries , and air ports .They go to schools, colleges, and university. After a time they apply for refugees status, they apply for political asylum.

They are not to compare with those at the borders of Myanmar , where Myanmar insurgents , and terrorists are active. The families of these insurgents, and terrorists also claiming for asylum and refugees status, through UN.

When the fighting broke out between Government security forces and insurgents terrorists , the families of the insurgents and terrorists and other civilians become refugees running away to escape from the fighting. But Government of Myanmar welcome back these people, if they want to come back, as long as they give up fighting against the government.

There are many armed groups who have understanding, or peace, or ceasefire with the government . Those who don’t want to come back are misinformed , misled by the insurgents and the terrorists saying, if they ever go back , they will be arrested ,they will be raped, tortured and murdered in the end. Their families and civilians alike are frightened to go, besides the other civilian are threaten by the insurgents if they ever go back to Myanmar.

If I am not wrong some of these refugees are possibly the families of those ethnic insurgents, terrorists . There are many of them in United Kingdom as well as in Australia. Sorry to say, but it is the fact that , the families of the insurgents, terrorists and some civilians have no other education, or profession , no other skill, or trade. They are just natives, living in the jungle , living on what ever nature provides them. They don’t even had a plot of land to call themselves farmers or peasant.

When the Government relocate them , allocate plot of lands to them to be land owners, their so called leaders misinterpret, mistranslated everything to them, in negative way.

The progress and development are turned into force relocation. This and that. After all in Myanmar the land belongs to the Government,(the people) whoever that Government may be. The Government manage land distribution.

The land for private use people individual have to apply to the government if they want to use the land, or work on the land , live on the land etc. The Government( the people) has laws regarding land ownership. I think that is in every civilised country with civilised society.

People want to see a country is govern through the laws. Want to see nobody above the law. For anybody to amend the law to suit themselves, or put a loop holes, means corrupt law. That is how I see it, those who are responsible for that laws are corrupt people.

For example. Opium, heroin, cocaine, and marijuana and many other drugs are named as illegal by law. If they want to make it legal, these laws must which make these drugs illegal must be scrap, and legalise them with a new law. That will make some people happy, democracy or not I don’t know. What will be the consequences.
That is corruption. That is bribery . Doing what should not be done, and not doing what should be done, democracy or not. AS I see it everybody is corrupt.

People like to see laws to be up hold, don’t they ? They have to obey the laws as well, to help the laws, and for others to up hold the laws. If there are no bribery, there will be no corruption. Bribery comes first, for some one to corrupt.

Let me come back to this refugee story. Everybody needs education, but I have stated many times that “ education is for those who seeks education , who wants education. ” We go to schools since we were young. Not many of us become educated people, for one reason or another. That includes those who don’t want to learn , Theydon‘t want to be educated.

Most people who are not educated enough are law breakers. They are allergic to any laws. They believe the laws are there to break. The even believe if you break the law, you can be a hero, you can be famous , you can popular as well. The laws have to be change to suit them.

By the look of it, it is obvious that those who want to help these Burmese community in Fort Wayne are facing difficulties to educate them, to give them proper education.
These same authorities may now understand , why it is difficult for the Myanmar authorities to educate these same people.

Minn Myint Nan Tin, supposed to be a very high, royal name auspicious. The person is one of the helpers to this Burmese community in Fort Wayne. Whatever happening in Fort Wayne has nothing to do with the race. Myanmars or Burmese , or Kayin, or Kachin , or Mon etc. Fort Wayne or Fort Knox, or Fort Alamo, Fort Apache . White , black, brown or pink. United State is a multi national multi culture nation of all colours.

It is the attitude, the behaviours, the listening power to have , and to accept the right education of the person in another word, it is a “ common sense” of the person, for his own progress and for his own development , to help others.

I remember one of the Myanmar sayings, “ Myaint Zay Jin Lo Palin Baw Tin - Myint De So Pyi Khon Cha Pay.”. That was a story of a monkey. Put him on the throne to be in high place . Because Monkey live on trees, jumping from one tree to another . But it jumped down from the throne, because it thinks the throne was too high for him. Among Myanmar there is nothing higher than the throne. As a0far a place or a position is concerned. The throne is only for the Kings.

The throne is not a tree for the monkey to jump about. Who’s fault was that . The monkeys, or the one who put him there.

Dear Myanmar Myo Chits Patriots ,& friends,

I read a news report on August 18 by Times of India.

Would you have believe me if I had said, UN set to appoint a war crimes commission against United States and United Kingdom and their allies. Washington:

“ The United Nations is to set up a Commission of Inquiry into war crimes by the Myanmar's military rulers, a move which is being strongly backed by the Obama administration.”

How does it sound ? Please don't believe it, that is just my wishful thinking . OK ?

What I am going to say here is that , United Nations is the world organization with over 180 members , but less then Non Aligned Movements which has over 190 members countries lst count.

Let us ask the simple question, and let everyone answer truthfully, honestly and sincerely with self respect.
The question is do they trust UN, or do they have their trust in UN, do they have faith in UN?
Some of them may have some difficulties to give straight answer. But, every year at the AGM we are hearing members nations speaking out, opening their chest half way. We can make out answers from their speeches.

I stated many times, why only five permanent members in UNSC. Why, only five members have the so called “veto power” to reject any decisions by the Un or by the majority of the members ? Why are all other member nations in the UN have equal rights and privileges as them?

UN talks about human rights . What type of human species are there in other member nations ? Are they different from, those five nations? Are they human being at all ?

Well, there are too many experts, educated, academic and intellects. They may be able to answer these questions to some satisfaction. That is another matter.

The reports in Times of India, may be a manufacture report . It mentioned not one single names at all, but only the name of Than Shwe. It said “ The Washington Post reported.

Quoting top US officials ”. Who were these officials ? Why anonymous, what are they afraid of?Are they afraid of Than Shwe ?

If you read the news carefully there was nothing new, nothing at all. The same old 22 years old history of Myanmar . With some thing which is against the coming elections. Even that is not new, at least two years old. Campaign against elections

Believe it or not is up to you . Everybody has his or her own wishful thinking. Whether to built a castle in the air or not. whther to sell the dead rat as cat's food or not. Everybody has rights. That is the theory, anyway.

But it is worth looking into the news. According to my analysis, if and only if the report is true it seems like Obama administration wants to get on with normal relations with RUM. To be able to do that, he wants to use UN , to set up a commission to investigate. Which means, they don’t trust any other reports, including UN special envoys on Myanmar’s reports to the UN.

US distrust of anybody, they trust only God. Which God ? I don’t know. Nobody trust US either, let’s put it that way. US is the same leopard with the same spots.

There are many reports on Myanmar files by UN . United States cannot accept or won’t accept these envoys reports as they are , which most likely none of them are not in favour of SPDC led by Than Shwe. Most of them are false reports. Deep inside their heart, US knows that. True or not what they do next is another thing. Including to please, Myanmar opposition in the name of democracy and human rights. Just to make them happy.

The news also acknowledged that UN did not do anything about Myanmar’s SPDC or Than Shwe. The news separated Than Shwe from SPDC. It looks like to get rid of Than Shwe, in fear of Than Shwe becoming next President of RUM, and to break the unity of SPDC or Tatmadaw as the final objective. To kill two birds or more with one stone ? UN fears is if Tatmadaw breaks, all hell will lose in RUM. Another Korea, another Vietnam, another Afghanistan , or another Iraq.

UN did not do anything about SPDC, because there was nothing to do. UN knows most of the information they receives were false or un reliable, because they were not from independent sources. All of them are from those who are against SPDC or Tatmadaw.
UN has its own agencies on the ground in RUM as well.

United Nation should be a none bias world organisation. But it has been manipulated by US since it was formed as League of Nations. From Korea War to War on Iraq, or so called War on Terrorism. If War on Terrorism is to be more meaningful, then UN or that US should not act on information supplied by the terrorists who are operating in RUM. Especially US , who manipulate UN on Korea, who again manipulated UN in War on Terrorism.

Every civilised human being knows that it never makes two wrong as one right.
If there are any honourable and decent nation in UN as members these nations should see UN is a none bias organization to see UN is nobody’s puppet or poodles. US or any country could not manipulate the world organizations such as UN.

It is apparent and obvious that after the invasion of Iraq , and war on terror , which is still on. US lost its creditability all over the world. So US trying to buy out Russia Fed. and PR China. It does not work either.

Military Power and military oppression by the US is well known throughout the world. It is true that US still has some allies. Is it possible that these so called allies are following the saying which is “ if you can’t beat them join them ”. Not only that
US misinformed these countries wit the threat of communism as soon as WW II ended.

You may remember German city Berlin was divided into two between. US led West and U.S.S.R lead East . The same as Korea , agreement was reached between them to divide Korea into two . In the end with agreement U.S.S.R. handed over N. Korea to P.R China , while U.S.S.R was taking times busy helping , Indochina ( Vietnam ). That was the politic, of the world

But US went straight for Communist witch hunt in Korea, using United Nations as the cover and the scapegoat. The then President Harry Truman and Gen MacArthur threatened Korea with “A bomb” the one they used on Japan, still that did not work. Because they will be retaliated by the U.S.S.R and China with the same weapons.
US had to retreat from Korea to 38 parallel . US had to retreat from Vietnam. Now US is retreating from Iraq again.

This retreat from Iraq is the uniformed men replace by men with civilian clothes as security guards. There will still be at least 50, 000 uniformed battle ready US troops permanently station in Iraq. Simply because there are no jobs for these war veterans in US when they return home.

Everybody know about “Nga Pwa Gyi” and all his tricks. Nga Pwa Gi has no more tricks. They forced themselves in, gate crashed, and everywhere they are rejected by force. Their own people I heir own country

Today ( 20/ 08/ 10 ) Iran successfully tested its missiles. Also today Russia and Iran open the first nuclear power plant in Iran, in the midst of US and it allies economic sanction against Iran.

It looks like US has run out of ideas , and options manipulation methods.
We have seen US act hastily, without second thought, preamp strikes or fired the first shots. Without take into consideration of the consequences. For US , it is Military Rule It may not be in the United Sates domestically, but everywhere . It forces itself on other with their military might. Especially on small nations which are much weaker than US.

Concerned people will know the building up of US military in Thailand and its Navy in Gulf of Thailand. US military is spread out to much too wide, at the time of ICBM age. At the time of press button age. Nobody needs the knowledge of rocket science to know what US is doing.

Lets go back to Myanmar. Most reports are based on the information supplied by the families of ethnic rebels , insurgents and terrorists, and those who oppose SPDC . Similar to the false information supplied to George W Bush and Tony Blair about Iraq and Saddam Hussein which making the image of US going down everyday in the world. Which also is making US, politically and economically weak . The military strength is what the left over after Vietnam War had ended.

Even in Afghanistan and in Iraq US is loosing . The pressures on US and its allies to pull out of Afghanistan and Iraq are mounting everyday. They are trying to get out , but they don’t know how to achieve to get out without saving face, withdrawal if not retreat , without heavy casualties on their troops . I am sure US and its allies will leve without their arms, and equipments. They will leave them for Afghanistan and Iraqi to use on each other.

What if the news says , UN is setting up a Commission of inquiry into the war crimes committed brutally by the People’s Republic of China, and its People’s Liberated Army on their own people crimes against humanity committed by the Chinese in Tibet, and some parts of China, including Tiananmen Square in 1988.
Would you believe it ?

Who propose UN to set up this so called commission which US is said to have backed? It could well be that USCB, who else?

Let’s say, the organization of FFJE is to set up commissions of inquiry into war crimes , crimes against humanity and genocide committed by the United States Army and its allies during Vietnam War as well as in Afghanistan and in Iraq, recently. A moved which is strongly back by those who believe in genuine Freedom, Fairness, Justice and Equality, no fakes Would you believe it ? .

The news also said, “ the military junta led by Senior General Than Shwe, who has
been ruling Myanmar uninterrupted since 1992 ”. Than Shwe must be something good, very good. He was the ruler since 1992, nobody could challenge him successfully. Or there must be some people around the world who understands and accept what he was doing all these years, 77 years old soldier. An old soldier or an old man who has already one step of his into the grave. Who’s afraid of the big bad wolf ?

The move to set up Commission of Enquiry is part of an effort to force to reopen the
US army atrocities against civilian and the enemies against Geneva Convention, during WW II, unauthorised used of Atomic bomb on Hiroshima and Nakasaki as well as Mai Lai incident during Vietnam war and other similar incidents, in Cambodia , Laos, Granada, Sierra Leon , Bolivia. Columbia. Afghanistan and illegal war and genocide . Would you believe it ?

The FFJE administration is also considering tightening financial sanction against US. By advising countries to use up US dollars and not to trade with US dollars from August Bank Holiday which will be 30 th August Monday. It is said that countries such as Russia Fed., and P.R. of China and many others are already trading with their own local currencies between them since the beginning of 2010. Would you have believed it?

Since 1962 , the leaders of Union of Myanmar had reported everything happened in Myanmar to the UN. Whether UN believe the reports or not. Whether UN accept it or not, is another matter.

If I’d say , there are countries, big and small which not only breaks UN rules and charters, but also ignore UN as if it is not even existed if it does not serve their interests. If I’d say there are countries , which are above any laws, they are untouchables, they think they are Gods, the all mighty , would you have believed me?

I have seen, some political leaders from newly formed political parties coming on the TV and Radio interviews. I am discouraged, I am heart broken. Because I don’t se anything in them. I ask myself, how could these poor politicians govern RUM , how will they defend the nation of Myanmars, and how will they protect the people of Myanmar ?

They cannot influence anybody, but anybody can influence them very easily. They are only prepared, and ready to be manipulated. They are made to measure puppets. When the nation is in their hands, they won’t last the first six months where the expectation of people is too much. They won’t be able to control. They may need protection. Whjo is going to protect them?

It is said that during 1988 , when it became too hot, former NLD chairman Tin Oo and the gang requested the then head of interim government Dr maung Maung , to protect him and the gang.

Foreign aid from the west may pour in, they may not be free aid, not without any attachments and restrictions. That is where and how you become puppet. manipulate and you are undermined.

United Nations as well as United States must rethink how long can they fool the world, how long can they manipulate and under mind the world.

This United Nations is made up of over 180 countries in the world , it belongs to them, it does not belongs only to United States, though its head quarter in New York.

If these members nations value the United Nations, they must see that UN is Free, Fair, just and equal on every human being of every member nations.

Finally, UN members should be aware , that UN should not be pushed further into the abyss.

REPUBLIC OF UNION OF MYANMAR AND DIPLOMATIC TIES.
Dear Myanmar Myo Chits, Patriots and Friends,

Somebody suggested to cut diplomatic ties with US or Brits . Why should we Myanmars fire the first shot, commit the first strike., Let them do it, let them commit it first.

Since Leonard Nicholas (Norwegian council) was caught with spying equipments in Yangon, and exposed ,Norway severe relation with Myanmar. Next thing was DVB in Oslo. But the diplomatic relation between Norway and Myanmar is stilling going through third party . Hyposcracy or not, this is diplomatic, this is a part of politic.

On the other hands , If we cut them off, they will cut us off as well. That is counter productive. It is against Freedom, this Freedom must be under control. because The Freedom is Chaos, remember ? Freedom is not to do what one likes, not to do what one wants. Freedom is to do the right thing which should be done, without any outside interference.

Some people worry too much . What is the use of worrying? I am not saying “ don’t worry, be happy ”. I am saying , we have to prepare and be ready instead for any kind of challenges. We are Myanmars. The Nation of Myanmars is in unique geographical position. We have to take advantage of it. But we need to be alert, vigilance. All the time. A Friend can turn into a foe at any time. Those working in US and British Embassies are Myanmars our own people . They are not American or the British.
They are being thoroughly used .

We have to educate our own people. We have to control our own people who do not control themselves, by themselves.

As the saying goes, “ God helps those , who helps themselves ”. If that is true, we have to help ourselves. Try our best in the right ways. Adjust ourselves. Do not show any
disrespect to any one. It was Gautama Buddha who said, “ Garawawsa, Niwatawsa”.
We Myanmars most of us are Buddhist. We should understand and we should follow that.

It is said that ‘ Terrible things and splendid things, happened in life, depends how you will respond. Life is what you make of it. It is not what it makes of you ’. With “ Guts and Determinations , you can do anything ”.

Cutting diplomatic tie will stop them nothing. Not only in Myanmar, they are in everywhere in countries big or small. Violating diplomatic norms, violating anything which can be violated. For them , that is Freedom. To do what they like.

But we have to prove with evidence and expose them, expel some of them where needed.
Myanmar has proved with evidence many times before . We know that the leaders of the Myanmar insurgents were/are visiting to countries like US and Britain regularly having meetings with members of the governments, or administration.

Expelling diplomats never heard of it openly. Quietly, I don't know. It will not solve any problems effectively, it will just make political , ugly diplomatic scenes, that’s all. Myanmar won't do that, because it seeks no foes of any kind.

US and Britain has NOT cut off diplomatic ties, because of these reasons . If they wanted they could have done years ago. If they cut off they have to leave Myanmar. They don’t want to leave , so they. If they leave they will not know who will come in.

Beside they want Myanmar to be democratic nation. If that is their genuine intention, they must be in Myanmar, help Myanmars to be democratic, for democracy to take root in Myanmar . Not disturb or disrupt Myanmar trying to have democracy back in Myanmar.

Patriots, should gather in front of US and British Embassies and protest, and demonstrate their disapprovals. For keeping quiet they might take it as the people of Myanmars approve their interferences, their intervention, let alone invasion. They might misinterpret as this is “ the will of the people ” . Letn the US and British know the real “ will of the people of Myanmars” not the will of a few handful of traitors.

What US and Brits., should not do is, not to push Myanmar to become another Communists Nation. Myanmars have just come out of socialism under one party rule. The west should not make Myanmars life difficult. Should not make everything difficult for Myanmars. To make Myanmars to be poor and the nation into poverty is inviting communism into the country, and making the people communists.

If the west can make friends with parker Communists, nations. If the west relation with communists nations is normal, without any hidden agendas. Then the west should reconsider how they are dealing or handling RUM.

Communism is not dead in the world, Communists are not totally annihilated , they are living and kicking well. Myanma had never been a communist nation, resisted Communist The west must acknowledge that recognise that.

The West knows very well what Communism and Communists are. Let me put it in very mild way, for everyone to understand , Communism started because of “the gap between the rich and poor ”.

BW, if Myanmars are Free to chose, no Myanmar, not even one Myanmar wants to be poor. But , unfortunately for Myanmars, Freedom is not for now, not here on earth, but in the future. They believe they will not be Free until they reach Nirvana.
You cannot say Myanmars are funny people. But their belief, and the beliefs of the westerners are different, not to mention about the western standards.

In my messages, many times I stated, the weakness of my people Myamars. Afew days ago in the New Light of Myanmar front page. People were advised to safe their income and earnings , to support themselves to high standard of living.

Who is going to interpret that in what way , I don’t know.

Even today while they imposed arms embargo , at the same time they are supplying arms, and funds to Myanmar insurgents of all colours. Allowing from drug trafficking to human trafficking to make money to be able to buy the arms they produce too.
All over the world, where poppy fields and coco plants are , there is no country where there are no US troops. They are there, you can have an educated guess.

United States , and Britain interferences and involvements are well known. This is their very idea, this is their very programme, since the end of WW II. US and Britain had designed to rule the world jointly. Britain has been Americanised. It is a poodle of US already as you all know. It has obligation to the US. Britain is breathing with US’ nose. Britain is surviving because of US. Don’t forget. Britain was the Master once, nt it is no more to US any more, it is a servant , if not a slave to US.

The Globalization, Democratization and then Americanization. The world is not that blind, we have seen many ‘tyrants’ in many different shapes and forms, with their own ways and methods. They all are the same , just names changed.

But we Myanmars have to play the game cleverly. The saying is ‘practice makes perfect.’ which I mean to say. Myanmars are not “ upstarts” . We have to be smart if not smarter than them. There are many ignorant Myanmars , uneducated, misled Myanmars . We have to educated them wherever they are to see the truth, to see the realities , to see the whole picture. We cannot get rid of them totally. But that does not mean there is nothing we can do about hem. We have to have a good broom.

That good broom is nothing, or nobody else but a Firm and Fair educated government, supported by the educated people. Together they can educate these ignorant, and uneducated ones, undesirable, unpleasant ones, into a worthy human beings, to fit in the civilised human society.

Educated people CAN control themselves, they don’t need anybody to control them.
They have self respect, and respect for others. Education is to have “ common sense” Uneducated, ignorant CANNOT control themselves, they have no self respect , they have no respect for others, either. The latter people have to be controlled, some one must control them, or put them away, because they have no “ common sense ”.

Before that we have to do our best to educate them, especially to take the slave mentality hair out of their body. OR to say it in Myanmar, to take ‘the Sait Dutt of,

Myanmar needs to be more clever. Myanmars need to be more smarter than now.
Here we have a chance, a great opportunity. After the election in November , the possible Coalition government or the National Reconciliation government or the National Unity Government , or the Peoples’ government will be that Firm and fair government .

In Afghanistan or in Iraq or even in Pakistan . One day sooner or later US and its allies will leave. When hey leave, they will they will leave they will get on the plane with nothing . They will leave their weapons and military equipments behind. The people of those countries will pick them up and they will fight. They will fight each other, they kill each other for the ideas, for their beliefs.

Ask them, what their idea is, what their beliefs are. They have no clear answers. Because these ides and beliefs not their own, originated in their heads.

When British left in 1948, they did the same. Myanmars instead of building the shattered country , Myanmars picked up these arms and equipments and fought each other , killing each other as long as at least for 62 years. How many more years to come we don’t know.

After US and its allies left Afghanistan and Iraq, how many more years these Afghanis, and Iraqis will still be fighting each other and killing each other with these left over weapons , do you know, have any ideas ?

We Myanmars have been fighting long enough, we have been killing long enough. It is said that , two “Automic Bombs” were dropped on Hiroshima, and Nagasaki to save millions of lives, and to shorten the war. But we know , A bomb, or H bomb or Nukes won’t deter any war or stop killing human lives.

For a figure of speech if there are no other options, if all options have ran out, to kill a few more insurgents and terrorists to have few peace and a few prosperities in RUM for 57 million is worth it. Won’t make any difference, no snakes nor centipede should be left half dead.

I believe the government of the future will be a National Reconciliation Government, a National Unity Government,. With the support of the people, with the will of the people, the future government must look into these , and act, accordingly.

That may be the only reason why the west and those who still oppose RUM, do not want this National Government, to be materialised.

You may have your own interpretation on this, I cannot say you are wrong. There are many industries the government is still holding as Nationalised Industries (aka)Public Enterprises .

If you want to buy them , invest, to take over, you may be welcomed.

The best is, why don't you ask US or Embassies of EU Trade and Economic sactions about this. They will tell you all you need to know. They are the right people for you to approach. If you are interested.

FIRST, why don't you ask the government of the country you are living , what are the restrictions, for exporting to Republic of Union of Myanmar or the final destionation of
your exports are for RUM , and see what they will say ? Try and apply for export license.

But a few things I would like you to know.

Let's say it in simple language, for your information, if you want to sell something to Myanmar, you got to buy something from Mhanmar . IS that FAIR or not ?

If you want to take only profit money , not buying anything from Myanmars, let alone with cheap price, not revesting in Myanmar, but you expct Myanmar, to buy anything from you with high price , do you say it is Fair. Where is the balance of trade, is that what the west means by Free Trade ?

Import Tax defers on the type of vehicals, for private luxury, or for commercial usages.

Myanmar used to have some vehicle assembly plants for export purpose, for domastic use as
aswell.

Like Myanmar saying " Ouu yin mhu pan ma khuu ya ". Which means the gardener is not allowed, to pick the flowers.

There are some foreign companies in RUM right now. If they e allowed by their own government to do it, they won't hesitate to do it.

You can put the blame on the unofficial exchange rate of Myanmar Kyats. Is it so ?

BTW, EU is not the only place where Myanmar can buy arms, embargo or not. I don't think Myanmar has to buy arms . Myanmar gets them as gifts, Gifts of no commercial values.
Ther are countries which are showering Myanmar with arms. Myanmar doesn't need that much arms . Why do you think during the last twenty years under economic sanctions, Myanmar is progressing, Myanmar is developig, and Myanmars are prospering better than before?

If there are no people, there is no country , there will be no ruler .there will be no government. But records show if there are people there are countries , there are rulers, there are Governments, in one form or another. A country may be a plot of land where you live, temporarily or permanently. Even your house is your country.In that house, you are the ruler, you are the government.

For any country, to have progress, to develop and to prosper, it depends on the people how rich their intelligent is. How much they can achieve these ,through their intelligence, not for anybody, any other people , but only for themselves, at first.

These people have to make , build their country into a Nation. The Great the people are, the Great the Nation be. To be Greater People means Greater Nation.

Who are these people ? These people means , “ YOU ” of course, who else.

We cannot separate the People & The Ruler or The Government. The peoples are the government, they are the rulers . In any government Self imposed or outside installed as rulers , as Government there are people. To do for the people to do for the country. They guide themselves , and the people or the people guide the government.

Sometimes outside forces and powers influence the people and imposed and in stall their like of government as the government chosen by the people, and they guide that Government . That kind of Government, are called by some as puppet government.

When somebody self imposed government guides themselves , defied any outside pressures , restrict or forbidden the people not to take the pressures, not to be influence by outside forces, and outside power, they are called, “ dictators” or even “ tyrants” by some.

The question is , who is dictating who. The ruler to dictate the people, or the people to dictate the ruler or, the ruler and the people are dictate by the outsider ?
Somebody is dictating somebody. Who is that some body?

Myanmar saying is, “ Mashi Dar Htet- Mathi Dar Khet ”. Being ignorant is worse than being poor in material wise. That is the Myanmars saying.

“Oatsar Kan Saunt - Athet Nyan Saunt ”is another . Here ‘Oatsar “ means material. ‘Nyan’ means what is in the brain , ‘intelligence.’ Why our elders left those sayings, they must have reasons , very good reasons.

Any future Government of Republic of Union of Myanmars . Especially people’s government, elected by the people, needs the support of the peoples. The duty and the responsibility of the people do not end after they cast their votes, after they elected a Government. The people, their duties and responsibilities go together with the government.

Bare in mind that. 30 millions eligible voters may not vote for the government. They vote for their choice of MP to serve as their representative in the parliament. The government is form by the parliament endorsed by the head of State, ( President of the Nation.) The representative may or may not be in the cabinet.

Some people can still say this is not my government for their own convenient. They are neither wrong, nor right. Because the person, he voted for was not elected, or is not in the cabinet. That is the proof and evidence of “ idol worshiping ” among our people , in our country.

It may be funny, to say or to hear this, but present days Myanmars are not used to elections. The people are so ignorant , they are not informed enough . Most of them did not learn or study, collect knowledge . They don’t know anything about election laws, rules , regulations and procedures. Because they don’t care . But they have suspicious mind. Even the registered numbers on their voting cards to check against the list of , electorates, with their permanent address on, they are not comfortable, they suspect , their conscience not cleared. Ballot papers , the actual papers ( vote) which goes into the ballot box, carries no number at all , people over look .

Some Governments are self imposed. Some of them installed by the outsiders not elected by the people in essence, yet they need the support of the people, if they are doing the right thin g for the people. If the people are benefiting from their performances as a Government .

A Nation is not built by the government alone . It is built by the people and the Government together. Each playing his parts. All Governments need the support of the people , all people need the good guidance of the government.

The Government of the future RUM will be The Peoples’ Government, in any shape or any form. Because this Government will be working for the people of the nation. In the past it has been like that as well, but some people may disagree. Because they could not do better . OR they think they could do better on their own. OR relying and depending on the outsiders as dependency.

Union of Myanmar is going to be a multi party democratic nation again. Democracy is the people. It is the responsibility of the people for democracy to take root in RUM. Because Democracy in RUM, did not take root in RUM before.

Which means , people must support the Government whatever it is doing Right. The people also object, protest or demonstrate if necessary when its doing Not Right.
Objections, protests and demonstrations should be, and must be made within the law, through MP in the Parliament.

Communists Government and Communism, Socialist government and Socialism, are still very much alive in the world. Nobody can say for sure there are no communists nor socialists in RUM . Communists and socialists have had considerable strength in RUM before.

People have “ People’s Power ” . This power cannot be allowed to misuse, or abuse by those who knows about peoples’ power, who depends and rely on people. Who uses, or manipulate, or exploited the people.

People must be aware of that, alert, must be able to differentiate , the users and the abusers of the people power. They can be anyone. May be the one the people trust most.

Building RUM, or rehabilitating RUM is the job for all people of RUM. Because this is their country. People have learned many lessons , especially during these years. People are bombarded with propagandas.

RUM had multi party parliamentary democracy with Socialism . RUM had one party , Socialist democracy . More or less these are the choice of the people, from the beginning and to the end.

When some politicians, misused and misled the people, manipulated and exploited the people . Somebody had to come in and do something about it. For the sake of the people, for the sake of the nation, I the interests of the people and in the interest of the nation.

Anybody will say anything to justify his or her actions. But it is the people who have to use their senses , their common senses.

RUM is going towards multi party democracy again. This time the structure of Republic of Union of Myanmar is different. Some called it , Federalism , some called it Unionism, some say RUM is going way back to Feudalism of small, little states.

What is different is there is no War Lords of their own, this time . But there are those still pushing for it, to have their won War Lords, democracy or not.

In Japan around 16 th century , 1598 , Tokugawa Leyasu, after conquering over all the Warlords became the last founder of the Shogunate( hereditary, military, dictatorship) in Japan. ‘Shogun’ can be translated to “King above all Kings.”
Through “ Fear ” or through “ sense ” Tokugawa Leyasu united Japan, for 250 years where Aloung Paya or Konboung Dynasty in Myanmar lasted 134 years.

This part of Japanese history, Tokugawa Leyasu had to allied with his powerful neighbour,( within Japan, not outsider ), Oda Nobunaga, and the successor, Toyotomi Hediyoshi .

Japanese are one people, Japan is one nation today with Constitutional Monarch, as a tradition. There are no feudal states, no War Lords. Japan is progressing, developing prospering. This is due to the fact of the people and the government understanding each other, confidence and trust. The Japanese are disciplined people in everyway. Most of all they know the value , the worthiness of working together as one people in one nation.

Nations are built in more or less in this way. All people to become one people in one nation. We the people have to make ourselves strong, and stronger to survive ,to progress, to develop and to prosper.

In a country like RUM no one nationality or one ethnic group of people can wipe out the other , in the name of surviving. That may be what we were doing in the past. That may be the reasons that we have had our “ Shogun” like Alaung Paya.

If we don’t want Hereditary, military, dictatorship, then we need not create situations and circumstance to have one. We must all live together harmoniously and work together, After all this is for all of us.

As I have said above that any Government in future needs peoples supports, total support of the people. Government and the people must work together. Government’s duty is to help the people, where necessary, to educate the people, to train the people and to guide the people .

The peoples duty is to listen to the government‘s right guidance. For the people to be able to listen to the Government and the Government to listen to the people, both of them must not listen to the “ Bey Zagarr ” . Both of them must be honest and sincere to each other. They should and must have good understanding between each other.
They both must have confidence in each other and trust in each other.

RUM has been in the hands of the people of Myanmar for 62 years. Especially the last 22 years bee hectic for Myanmars. The people of Myanmar have learned their lessons in many ways. What have they learned, I am not sure. But all I know is they learn something, which was not helping them to have confidence in one another, to trust each other. They could not work together for their own people ,for their own nation.

This confidence and trust to be built among all people of Myanmars. All Myanmars must know the value and worthiness of being together, working together. Because Myanmar have had their experiences, sweat as well as bitter.

After the election on 7 th November, 2010 .This election will make all Myanmars together again, to work together again, as coalition, through multi party parliamentary democracy, and market orientated economy.

Some people don’t like it. Who are they, why ? They don’t have any good reasons. even to justify their own words and their own action. I know , because they don’t want to see all reconciliation of Myanmars, they don’t want to see unity of Myanmars. They don’t want to see Myanmars are doing the right thing, They don’t want to see all Myanmars as one people, in one nation.

If there are still some Myanmars who lost their senses, their common senses , this is the time for them to recollect them.

If there are no people. There is no country. If there are no people and no country, there are no rulers, no government. The people are the rulers, the people are the government. The country will be shape by the people the way they want it. The progress, the developments and the prosperities. They all depend on the people. Because the people have their duties, and they have their responsibilities for themselves and for their country.

The people means , “ YOU ” , the ruler means “YOU ”, the government means “ YOU ”

No God , or no Lord will do it for you. It is said, they will help those who help themselves. Krishna will not do it for you, Gautama Buddha will not do it for you, Jesus Christ will not do it for you, Mohammed will not do it for you , YOU have to do it yourself for yourself.
